Definitely not a welcome atmosphere. Had to wait about 5-10 mins for fresh coffee to be brewed as they were out (I get it, it’s an hour before close) but one of the employees approached me and told me that besides coffee, Jesus is also a great energy source and asked me if I was a Christian. I politely told her I didn’t really want to talk about that as I am of a different religion and didnt see the point starting an argument with a stranger, let alone with an employee while they’re working. She proceeded to keep talking to me about religion, all while standing within a foot of me (which also made me very uncomfortable as anytime I inched away she would get closer). To make an incredibly uncomfortable situation worse, she asked if I was an artist and when I said I was she told me she could tell because the way I was dressed..I was wearing pajamas because I had surgery a week prior. Just an incredibly unprofessional and uncomfortable atmosphere, definitely don’t go here unless you look like a Christian I guess or you’re going to get a lecture.

Love this bagel shop. Their fresh bagels are delicious and so big. My faves are the sesame and everything bagels.

Happily a few things are still better than remembered: I hadn't had a Big Apple bagel in 20 years, and the texture and chewiness of the bagels here, plus the cream cheese, are some of the best, especially for a chain. Walked in 20 minutes to close, and still got fresh food and coffee, with hospitable and courteous service. A credit to the franchise and to De Pere.

Here's an idea. Stop sending herb bagels out in place of the bsgel ordered. If you don't have jalepeno bagels, then get it off the menu. Herb bagels suck and that's probably why you have so many to send out.

Ordered the American Classic toasted but it arrived with a bagel that's burnt and black. There were also onion pieces melted into the cheese. I hate onions and they're not listed as an ingredient for the sandwich.

The difference between fresh bagels and those kinds you can buy in plastic bags is worlds apart. The bagels from here are addictingly good, and they make a great chai latte, too!

This was my first and last time here. I wanted to try it because the other one is small and gets busy. You could tell it was going to be a bad experience when you walk in and the people behind the counter are talking away and not acknowledging a person waiting to order. I ordered my sandwich and she should not be taking orders. Very unprofessional. Then all the girls are talking loudly like they didn't care people were inside. Floor was dirty and tables not cleared or cleaned off. I got my food which I sat there to eat but was never asked if it was for here or to go and me sitting down didn't give them a clue either. Also I assumed my bagel would be toasted because they didn't ask me. One slice of bacon very small and terrible customer service. Never again! Act professional but obviously you can tell they were not taught manners especially having 6 people working. This was not worth $12.

Stopped in for a bagel on a Tuesday morning. I believe I was the 4th person in line. From the orders in front of me, none of them were complicated however, it took over 15 minutes to get a bagel with cream cheese. The didn’t smile and seemed a bit bothered by the number of people in line. I’ll come back bc I like your bagels but disappointed w the wait time.

I used to work there and I would work every morning and always arive early ( and the boss didn't like that) I was always nice to customers but "overly nice". When I mentioned my learning disability he told my old co worker to tell me to get a new job. I didn't know what happend and I always contacted them to ask if I worked and I'd get "no you don't work this week" with out telling me I got let go. I think it's my dislexia that he didn't like. But it's also against the law to let go someone or fire some one due to there disability.

Every single time I go here there is an issue. Happened again this weekend. I go in on Saturday around noon and of course they are out of most bagels (this is ALL the time). They are open until 2 or 2:30 so it makes zero sense to be out of product that early. I place an order for Sunday at 8am and pay for it in advance. I show up about 8:05 today and of course the order is not ready. They tell me the opener thought the slip said 8:30. It very clearly said 8:00. She tells me I can wait or take egg bagels in place of the plain I ordered. I explain how frustrating this is, agree to take the egg and comment that it is totally unacceptable. I thank her and her response was "yup". Not very professional.
I havent had big apple bagels in over 10 years. It is still the exact same, which I love. Its a kinda chewy bagel with alot of cream cheese smushed in the middle. I remember being so sad as a kid when our local big apple bagel closed. Happy to see they are stil around!

The best "homemade" veggie cream cheese!! Wish they were open later.
The best lunch and breakfast sandwiches. Holey guacamole is my favorite.
