First I want to say sorry to all the west Depere families that go here. And sorry for any children that have to work around the atmosphere of unprofessional unkind wait staff a lady that had half black hair/ half red hair did not catch her name. bartender who stated he was her boyfriend.. I ordered a chili without cheese and bacon and when it came to the table, and had cheese on it. I stated oh I didn’t order cheese on this. The waitress became very rude and snooty and stated you should’ve ordered a different chili because this is how this one comes I stated I said no cheese at all can you fix it? She walked away. Returned with chili with no cheese on it, threw it aggressively on the table and said I don’t have to serve you. I’m getting you a different waitress because I don’t deserve this treatment. No one ever returned and we didn’t refills on drinks. I went to the bar to get drinks and the bartender refused to fill the drinks and said that is my girlfriend you can wait for a different server to come over. This is the most single handed worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant in my life. I didn’t eat the chili as it was too spicy 🌶️ which that was what I was trying to avoid. The staff did not remove the chili and charged us for it after I asked to just return it and take it off please. All I can say is if I was you I would avoid this place at all costs. I think this warrants a higher complaint to the BBB and other authorities in charge of licensing and community services.

We drove down 1.5 hours to have a lunch with my son for his birthday. My daughter in law called just before noon to see if we could make a reservation, but since our group had only 7 people, they wouldn't book us. Fortunately, they said there was no wait, so we drove over (about 15 minutes) and heard the people in front of us had a 25-minute wait. My DIL tried to talk to the hostess about having called, hoping our wait wouldn't be so long, but she said she was sorry, they had another reservation for 12:30 and couldn't help. Okay, fine. But when my DIL asked if we could get on the waitlist, the hostess said she needed to get someone else to help us and had the manager come over. He was unnecessarily rude and walked away when another hostess came up. My DIL proceeded to ask yet again if we could just get on the waitlist, we'd literally been looking forward to having lunch there for two weeks and made the trip down for this, and the hostess literally looked over our group and said she needed to help the people behind us first. She waved them up and we were essentially pushed out of the way. I understand it was lunchtime and they have rules for reservations, but we were just asking questions and we treated very rudely. Needless to say, we left and won't be back.

Large variety of excellent burgers and fries. Awesome service for our party of 7... all night!

Was my first time here. Was told 10 min wait. It ended up being a 35 min wait. Got sat upstairs. At first, it was just us, which was my daughters and I, and 1 other smaller table. About 10 mins after, they sat 2 large tables of at least 20 or more each. Became uncomfortable and very loud. Our waitress had 2 other tables, one of which was 20+. She seemed overwhelmed, and our main course wasn't served by her. After waiting another 40 ish mins. Food was semi cold, and you could tell it had been sitting there for a while. Overall, I understood she was slammed with another large crowd, but I do feel like when the food is done, it should be served in a timely manner. We also all ordered our burgers w pink, and none of them had pink. For a bill of almost 60 bucks, I expected better!

I was recommended this place by a coworker, and it's hard to say that this was the first time I've received a bad burger.
I got the mac and cheezy burger and the mac and cheese had a lot of onions in it, which I had no idea would be present. So I pulled that off, and underneath was a misshapen, very lean, and dry patty. Which was a little pink in the middle. Then there was some rock hard bacon slices under that. Didn't even finish it.
The pickes were fine, but not my preferred type.
French fries were pretty good. Unfortunately they weren't enough to hold me over until I got home and we stopped at a drive through.

Our waitress was perfectly friendly, and if you're looking for alcohol, boy do they got it. A few pages of it.

Great looking burgers. Burgers looked huge compared to what you got…but they were very good. Try the bison blueberry burger.
