If I could, I would not give a star to this location, because when I told the person who attended me that he had forgotten to add one more meal to my order, I eat a very arrogant attitude and he gave me the basis for drinking in a very bad way, we all have good days and bad days, but the work is sacred and we have to do our best and leave the problems at home, I will never eat at that location.

The current manager, Jose, is phenomenal-/ he treats customers with happy smile and joyful attitude and is very polite to his team. The restaurant is cleaner and food is great. Good job Jose.

Girl working at the drive through window (Kaylee) seemed pretty miserable. One of the things we tried to order they were out of. On our way to Chicago for a concert, ordered two appetizers and a burger and didn’t realize until we were down the road that we didn’t get the burger. Love that for us. Killing it as usual Burger King!

Very run down location food order was incorrect we had someone that was training which i can understand someone that is under training but the trainer was very rude go to a different location they act like it's an inconvenience to be there clearly don't like there job

Last year my wife gave this store 5 stars. They have gone down hill since then. This place has disappointed us over and over again. We rarely ever go here anymore and whenever we do, we remember why we don't. We've gotten bad chicken months ago. This time, they didn't have biscuits.
