Girl working at the drive through window (Kaylee) seemed pretty miserable. One of the things we tried to order they were out of. On our way to Chicago for a concert, ordered two appetizers and a burger and didn’t realize until we were down the road that we didn’t get the burger. Love that for us. Killing it as usual Burger King!

Very run down location food order was incorrect we had someone that was training which i can understand someone that is under training but the trainer was very rude go to a different location they act like it's an inconvenience to be there clearly don't like there job

8am to open on a Sunday? Most people already had breakfast and are headed to church! I was really looking forward to your breakfast. Disappointed to say the least.

Last year my wife gave this store 5 stars. They have gone down hill since then. This place has disappointed us over and over again. We rarely ever go here anymore and whenever we do, we remember why we don't. We've gotten bad chicken months ago. This time, they didn't have biscuits.

This was by far the worst trip to a BK ever. I took the time to email into cooperate because it was terrible. Cold food, 14 min. wait in drive-thru. Drive next door to KT and do not waste your time and money here.

Went on two separate occasions, my order was wrong both times. I got spicy chicken nuggets instead of cheesy tots and my burger was wrong. Went back the second time made them aware of the mistakes, they gave me the cheesy tots but did nothing about the wrong burger.
