There is no meat in the dishes. No chicken in sesame chicken, tiny chunks in thick batter. No beef in the beef lo main. The few pieces that were there were very spongy, weird texture. The dinner was a disappointment. The service was good though.

I have been ordering from Chef Chens for years. I rarely had a problem and their food is pretty tasty. But the last time I ordered from them, I ordered my usual (general Tsos) and had the woman on the phone repeat my order back to me so I knew it was accurate. When they showed up, the food was completely different than what I ordered. I called them back to ask them to correct the mistake and was told there WAS NO mistake. That I had, in fact, ordered cashew chicken. I said they were wrong and told them to ask the woman who took my order, because I specificallyhad her repeat it over the phone. She LIED TO HER BOSS and said we never asked her to repeat the order and that it was for sure cashew chicken. I couldn't believe that ANYONE in a professional setting would lie to cover up their own mistake! Needless to say, they did not fix their mistake and-needless to say- I will not be frequenting that establishment anymore. If you want your food cooked right, go somewhere else.

We order from here when we have gaming days at my sister's place on the weekends. The food is delicious and plentiful! The employees are great and they do a great job. I like the little restaurant but we always get take out. It seems like a nice family owned place. Thanks for the great vittles hey!

Visiting my sister in DePere from California. We were craving Chinese. Tried Chef Chen’s. It was better than our local restaurant in California. Hot and delicious. And not overpriced. Tons of food. Had to wait a bit but we’ll worth it.

Entrees were absolutely horrible. Very salty kung pao chicken and beef with broccoli was inedible. I have eaten here before and it was very good about a year ago. Not sure what happened since then if they lost a cook.

It was OK but I ordered Cashew Chicken and couldn't find one cashew in my whole entree. I may have gotten the wrong order because it also had a lot of celery.
