The service was slow and choppy. When the food finally came out the order was incorrect. I ordered a sourdough it looked terrible and the bread wasn’t even cooked correctly and the patties were super salty. Hospitality was great despite everything, thank you to the ladies who were trying to make a difference at work.

Stopped there Friday night and ordered fish. Place was very busy; Order took 31 minutes to arrive. Very disappointed and neighboring tables indicated not too uncommon to have a long wait. While I understand peak times results in longer wait times but supper club wait time for fast food/fish dinner suggests this location needs to modify their strategy and make some adjustments. If you see many cars in lot, find another place to eat if you are in a hurry. Not a typical Culvers experience thankfully.

We went there today and my daughter had the kids chicken tenders They was completely raw and uncooked in the middle. Our food was ice cold and the fries tasted like they sat all day and was so soggy and cold. I had the mushroom and swiss and it was cold and had hardly no mushrooms on it and was so greasy that it made the whole sandwich soggy. They was also out of lot of stuff and the way the employees and the manager was talking is not acceptable when there are kids in the dining area. We definitely won't be back
They don't have malt vinegar at this location. 4 stars because the young boy held the door for our group.

I feel that you shouldn’t have to wait for everyone’s food to be done if you just order ice cream. And only 1 flavor of the day ice cream. I’m still waiting in line for 25min.. won’t be back. Staff doesn’t seem to care and didn’t even greet at the drive through window. It’s 9/28 at 1pm
