I feel that you shouldn’t have to wait for everyone’s food to be done if you just order ice cream. And only 1 flavor of the day ice cream. I’m still waiting in line for 25min.. won’t be back. Staff doesn’t seem to care and didn’t even greet at the drive through window. It’s 9/28 at 1pm

I wanted to share feedback regarding my visit yesterday (Sunday) through your drive-thru. I had ordered two custards one flavor of the day (2 scoops) and one concrete mixer.
The ordering process started off bumpy, as the staff seemed unsure how to use the POS system. After paying, we were asked to park by the grass. Unfortunately, we ended up waiting 30 minutes for our order. During that time, we saw many cars come and go. After 20 minutes, we flagged down two runners to check on the order, but ultimately I had to go inside to retrieve it myself.
Inside, the restaurant was very chaotic. It appeared to be staffed only by teenagers who seemed overwhelmed and without clear direction. While I don’t fault them personally, I do feel management should ensure stronger oversight and support especially on a busy Sunday.
At the end of the day, it was just custard for me, but for you, it’s about the experience and your staff. The team members deserve better leadership, and customers should feel confident their orders will be handled smoothly.
