Love Culver’s but this location is a miss. The staff is unorganized and inattentive. Burger was undercooked, ice cream cone had paper wrapper inside of it and the drive thru workers completely ignored my lane while cars that came in after me in other lane got service.

We used to come here at least once a week. Now, we only come once maybe twice a year. It’s always super busy and slow to get your order. They constantly mess up and when you go in to get the correct order you are stuck waiting a ridiculous amount of time so that your other items get cold. If you screw up a burger, make the correct one right away. That person has already waited an insane amount of time. Don’t start prepping the new orders first. It’s just common sense. This is the reason that we just don’t come here any more. It’s very poorly run.

Culver's is always yummy always very kind to their guests and you should be ashamed yourself for serving such yummy custard (◠‿・)—☆ We got your yummy salad you don't have that on your list below. I got the blue cheese salad I can't remember all the time and my sister got a fiesta salad or something like that

The night shift at culvers on 4/13 was atrocious. They were talking very loudly about nasty things. The manager wouldnt acknowledged nor help customers standing at the counter. He was the only one not wearing a name tag. Ive now been standing here for 20 minutes waiting for two single scoops of the flavor of the day. This night shift needs to be seriously looked at.

One of the least efficient Culver’s locations. Drive thru is always backed up, waited 7 min just to pay and move 5 ft forward being the second car away.Ice cream scoop is not the same serving as other locations as well. Terrible service. They literally didn’t even know where to send me to park to wait for my food bc the waiting spots were all full.

Food was good and the staff are very nice. This goes with all Culver’s but it does take longer than most fast food places to get food. Other than that it was good. The restraunt inside is clean and well kept as well.Parking: Plenty of parking.

Ordered through drive through. Chicken tenders over done, didn't include sauce ordered, smaller amount of coleslaw in the containers. It was very busy, so will excuse slow service.

Waited at the drive through window for 5 minutes before anyone asked us our order. After a lengthy wait (the drive thru was busy, to be fair), we were missing a full meal in our order. This was easily the worst service I’ve experienced at a Culver’s location, especially one in a busy area such as this one.

If you order here just don’t do curbside because we did and we went in because we have been waiting for 15 minutes and then the lady said to the workers “you never brought that out it’s been sitting there for 15 minutes” so don’t do curbside
