Disregard their listed hours. Make it 30 minutes before their listed closing time or when you try to order they’ll say it’s only open for DoorDash.
Quality is very good. Service time could be better, but they frequently run at a lower than needed staffing level, and the workers there work very hard.

I visit this location often while on lunch. Went there today and had the most amazing service. The ladies work in the drive-through window don’t care that you’re at a fast food. They give you five star service anyways. They’re out here making my day better, proving good service still exists!!

They always end up closing early and terrible costumer service. I was there 10 minutes before closing, and they said they were only doing door dash orders. I was so sad. The worker also had an attitude.

The workers act like they hate their life, the food was given to me exactly like this. So very sloppy and literally just THROWN in here. There is no good vibes here, food is food but what happened to being nice? 😐

I went there today at 7:41 pm and I tried the doors but they were locked and no note was put on the doors saying why the lobby part was closed

Staff complaining about having to work. Manager saying that if someone slips and falls on the huge puddle in the middle of the floor “it ain’t my fault”. Busted ceiling tile and flooded standing water on the floor. Broken yellow sign laying in the water, another over by the counter. No one cleaning it up, just setting tables over it. Ordered two meals, both were wrong when I got home. Tried to call, went to voicemail. Will not return to this location.

DQ used to be the place to go for ice cream. They consistently mess up simple orders. This is the 5th time in a row. I'd much rather go to McDonalds for ice cream and chance the ice-cream machine being down.
