I seriously love dunkin donuts but their quality has gone downhill through out the years. I used to go all the time. Now I rarely do. I want to give dunkin a 5 outta 5, but can't. The food and coffee were cold. Lady didn't smile. Just handed us our stuff and sent us on our way. We went right in the morning too so there was no reason why literally everything would be cold. I had a set time and was there within three minutes. Usually your coffee is so hot u burn yourself cuz u just wanna drink it. Although, still better than the east side dunkin.

My absolute favorite DD in the area!!! Hands down the best service no matter what time of day and I absolutely love the cup options here. There's always so many more than the other locations
Don’t expect to be greeted, let alone waited on. Not one employee of the 3 that walked by me several times acknowledged my presence with a hi or be right with you. The drive thru was busy and I don’t mind waiting my turn, but this was pretty awful customer service.
