Extremely excellent customer service, the staff here is always very quick to help and friendly. Consistently as well I haven't had a bad service day anytime I've been here. The food is good and even though they had a large party at the time I was there our food came quick and was delicious. If you like Mexican food I highly suggest stopping here it's a great well run restaurant.

We live down the road and finally made the trip here to get Mexican food. It was authentic, quick, delicious, the margs were also amazing! Our waiter Devino provided amazing service, had an excellent sense of humor, we couldn’t be happier. Definitely a new regular in our favorites!

The seating area is spacious, vibrant, and comfortable.
The service is super fast, and gracious. There wasn't a moment we had an empty cup, chip basket, or side.
The food however was a bit weak. The chips were fresh, and unsalted. Not an issue if your salsa is great, but I had to put a metric tonne of salt for any flavour, and there was no heat at all. The bean dip was interesting but also lacked flavour.
The main dishes were sizeable, and visually appealing, but again lacked the flavour you think of when you crave Mexican.
Not a bad experience, but definitely made for the Midwest palate

El Maya is absolutely our FAVORITE Mexican restaurant in all of Green Bay and the Fox Valley!!! The food is HANDS DOWN THE BEST - dont sleep on their Quesobirria or their skinny margaritas, soooo delicious - but their service is incredible as well!!! The staff treat you like family and many have become dear friends of ours since we've began going there. The restaurant is always clean, well kept, and we have NEVER gotten a bad meal, drink, or had a bad experience...and we have been there A LOT! WE LOVE THIS PLACE - you've gotta give them a try, they are a hidden gem!!

This was my first time here, and it was nothing less than exceptional. The food was amazing, staff were so friendly and kind- I had my toddlers with me and they treated them like family. So nice to have a place like this in the area to come for great food!!
