My son had the neuron sandwich (pulled pork and Mac n cheese) he said it was the best sandwich ever.The own was there and he was incredibly nice. Chatted with my entire family for about 15 min.The employees were knowledgeable and quick as well.Food was as yummy as I remember.Definitely don't miss.Kid-friendliness: Plenty of options to please kids.

Sandwiches are okay, but expensive and not very filling at all. Finding the shop open can be hit and miss. Even if the signage says they should be open, they are usually closed. Sat night at 5:30 and they were closed. It worked out okay as we went to another place. We decided as a group last night that we won't be suggesting this for dinner anymore. I'm sure this location will close for good soon anyway.

If you've never had erberts and Gerbert's you are missing out! Great sandwiches and soup. High quality sandwiches that go great with dipping in the various soups.

I used to live in GB and when I moved back here this week. I ordered from Erbs and Gerbs and I was so excited to have it again. It wasn't great. Wayyyyyy too much Mayo. The inside of the bread was barely there. It was just not great. The soup was terrible. With as many places now that are offering homemade soups, they should be too. Need to catch up to the times and the new arena that is food in this area
ordered online from De Pere location, and received online confirmation. My card was then charged $55.75. A while thereafter, I received a text saying "track your order here". I watched while two separate drivers consecutively waited for my order and left. Finally, after an hour, my order was cancelled. I called the store and they said, "We don't have your order." So. Drivers showed up to pick up an order they didn't have, and they claimed they couldn't refund me for an order they didn't have. But they COULD charge my card for an order they didn't have. They just couldn't refund me. I asked for a manager and was told they didn't have one. My daughter later called for a store number, and was told they didn't "know it". How do you not know your own franchise number? Thank goodness my bank opened an investigation claim and refunded me for this fraudulent charge, since the staff clearly didn't know the operations of their store enough to fix their mistake.

Sad to say this, but absolutely trash. They have been an on and off place for my wife and I to frequent. Placed order via website at 7:01 per the printed receipt on the bag. Follow up email stated 736 delivery. Called at 745 wondering where it was and door dash never picked it up. Drove down and walked in at 754 and 2 orders (including mine) were ready for pickup. So I'll bring my sick wife her soup that's been sitting for an hour. As I wrote this and the clock passes 8pm the lights turn off and they locked up the store. No delivery for that other order either. For a place that says "we deliver" I assure everyone you "they" don't. I would encourage them to do better by their patrons.

Super overpriced for what you get. They are much shorter and narrower than subway. $8 for a tiny sub that wasn’t even that good. Also, the Apollo with the spicy BBQ and avocado is a really weird combo.. don’t recommend going to any Erbert and Gerbert in general. Would give one star for the restaurant brand as a whole, but didn’t want to ruin this personal franchisee’s reviews too badly. Not their fault the food/quality/price in general sucks.
