One of the employees I think his name was Alex not sure but dude was rude and I think went in the back with my sandwich and spit in it and then up charged me for something i dont even know but I wont be coming back to this jimmy johns as long as he works there very rude I had to throw away my sub and didnt even get to eat it

I go to this location, every now and then. It's close to my work, but this is the 2nd time. They get my order wrong. 1st time I order two pickles and they don't have it on the receipt. The guy behind the counter gave me the pickles anyways. I go in again today and order two pickles. I get one. I said there supposed to be two. They said I can go back up and pay for it. I don't my paying for my items. What I do mind is the person checking me out getting wrong over and over again. Is it really that hard to follow my order.

Went in to order food and was told rudely that it would be a 20 minute wait. How the hell is that acceptable when your slogan is literally freaky fast. Maybe instead of only worrying about the online orders. Focus on the people coming into your resting. It was absolutely dead inside which makes the 20 min wait even more crazy.
