I did pick up.. Drove to my spot and informed them I was in spot #4. Nobody ever showed up. I went in and they had my food sitting with a bunch of other bags. I think they didn't know who it belonged to.. 30 minutes..
My husband took our three grandchildren to McDonald’s for a late lunch. They would not allow them to sit inside,, not certain why, maybe Covid. Someone that looked like the manager at the counter told them to eat outside but my husband told him that it was raining. He said that some of the tables were covered, so they should eat out there. I was just in the drive thru for 20 MINUTES and when I checked my food as I left, the fries were actually cold!! I wasn’t given a receipt so I couldn’t fill out the survey on mcdvoice.com which I would’ve done in a heartbeat!! There is no excuse for the length of time I had to wait, the cold food or the poor service!!
