We ordered food as a hockey team and the doors were locked even though they were open. It took so long to get our food and the workers were really lazy. Except one worker who was actually trying to do something. The cars in the drive through were leaving and honking asking if they were open and what's going on. Terrible service and a terrible place.

This McDonald’s on the window said open 24 hours. Stated on maps it’s open 24 hours. I then drove 25 minutes with my children because they wanted ice cream. One of the workers that was STILL THERE at 12:30 proceeded to answer my call and sit on call with me for 8 minutes. She then told me that I was tripping that it did not say open. It literally did. Do better!!!

I’m going through drive through, they got my order wrong. I asked for fries with no salt, they gave me the saltiest fries! I’m missing my sauce for nuggets, and no napkins!??. Service was slow and I waited at the window for over 5 mins with no communication to whether or not if I should wait or go to the next window. (I am not from this state). The “pick-up” sign was broken and hanging, there were 3 windows and the first window was closed, the second window was where I paid and got my food, and the 3rd window had the broken hanging sign. I was unsure if it was in use or not. So I just waited until someone would tell me otherwise or bring me my food.. anyways, would not recommend this location.

DONT ACCEPT DOOR DASH ORDERS HERE. Terrible service. I waited 5 minutes before even being talked to, and they obviously dont know how to run a drive thru in a timely manner. I waited 20+ minutes for a door dash order that they said was ready for pick up, just for them to not bring it to me. I even called the store 3 times and no answer and honked the horn like 3 separate times, just to be ignored after I was told to pull around and wait. Your establishment is a joke!! And keep your Ai reply. Thank you!

No matter what time you come here it will take forever. It can be 7am or 2am on a Tuesday, it will take at least 5 minutes for someone to talk on the speaker at the drive thru. They should require order pickup only to keep it at a normal pace.

Got a 5 dollar meal burger with no onions and pickles, and a chocolate shake, when I was first handed the shake it was completely melted, then when I got my burger they forgot to put cheese on my burger and added a whole bunch of ketchup that it ended up all over my top bun, the workers there seems super sweet, but the teenagers working the line didn’t.
I am a DoorDash driver. I came to this McDonald’s because the order said it was ready and here the lady there had already cleared the order which meant that my time on my DoorDash was gonna be bad and my food was gonna be late. It took 25 mins for the food to get ready and it was already supposed to be ready because the restrauant. Said it was and she didn’t even start it till I arrived and was there 15 mins. And never acknowledged me. I’d explained her the situation and she was very rude to me. She said she was a manager to call her other manager back at eight. I did that and he was completely rude. Hung up on me and said no we’re not doing this. We’ll do whatever we want, I think for being a professional manager that that guy should not have acted the way he Dead or the girl if they are managers, they are taught to deal with customers and then my DoorDash order wasn’t even right so I ended up getting a two star from my order. Management there is the worst. Do not go there for door dash.

I got a kids meal and some other stuff. The kids meal was the big thing. No boo basket that was fine when I asked little rude. The rest of our conersation was off after that. The fries were rock hard and the drink had ice which I asked for no ice. Overall bad experience.
