Our OJ was basically water so I asked for new stuff and the worker was asking me what could possibly be wrong with it. Then I open what was supposed to be my BACON egg n cheese bagel to find a dry mostly hard slab of steak instead. U want to give me steak instead of bacon, fine..but could u at least put good steak and the onion and everything that supposed to go on it?! They didn’t even put the sauce that is supposed to go on all bagels regardless of the kind you get. At that point I was so over going up there and explaining why I wanted the correct thing that I ordered so I just let it be but will definitely not be returning as I’m disappointed with our visit.

This place is constantly forgeting items for my orders. Burgers were dry and cold, and 1 cheeseburger from a 2 cheeseburger meal was missing. Corporate needs to see these folks are doing to constantly mess up orders.
I'm so upset ill file a complaint to corporate.

will NOT come back. aren’t you guys supposed to be 24 hours? we waited at the menu board for 15 minutes while you guys just stared at us and ignored us. how rude. with the amount of negative reviews, you would think you would change something or retrain your staff. the owner of this store knows it’s going downhill and isn’t doing anything about it. drive the extra minutes and save yourself the time from this place.

I'd give this store no star if I could. We didn't drive through for almost a 1/2 hour. And then when I finally got my food, it was missing items had to go in the store to get it. Very unsatisfied, you would think for a fat food place. You'd know what you're doing by now.

Poor customer service girl with black shirt not helping a new team member instead letting her struggle while order piled up as I sat for door dash to receive wrong order while management stood watching and complaining about other customers 25+ min wait for my door dash affecting my rating with wrong order. Here we got to drop off.. McDonald's on main street Depere is trash service garbage management as well as team support is out of this world lazy inconsiderate poor worker teowd the best possible order after order piling up. Wow I wanted and almost helped her .. I wish I knew her name my hats off to you.. young teen bli de hair is all I have to describe.. she deserves a better workplace team and title!!
