We stopped here just for a quick iced drink, and ended up with a shaved ice sort of thing. I thought DQ was also Orange Julius, but maybe that's only certain locations. The drink was cold, so credit where it's due.

I understand that with the lobby being closed, the line for the drive through is going to be longer. But, after waiting in line for 10 minutes and finally getting to order my food, I watched 3 boys walk into the lobby. They ordered their ice cream and then sat in the fenced area to eat it. Meanwhile 20 other people including myself were still waiting in line to order or even get their food.

After we ordered our food the clerk told us they don't accept any form of associated bank payment. Debit or credit cards. No where was there any advertisement of that.

Worst experience ever. My fries were cold. The lady at the register didn't know how to do her job. I never got my Sundae. I had to go up to the counter and ask for it. They handed me a coupon for a free Sundae and then completely ignored me. Absolutely no apologies were given.
I go to this particular DQ a lot for lunch because I work in the area. Yesterday was bad though the worst service I've had since I've been going there. First, the lady that took my order was rude. Then I finally get my food and it was messed up. So I took it back to the counter they apologized and fixed it for me or tried any way. I always ask for no tomatoes on my sandwich well when I went up to get my new sandwich I asked for no tomatoes again and my new sandwich had tomatoes on it. I was like really? I just picked it off and ate it cause I was running short on time and had to get back to work. Normally I dont have this problem but yesterday I dont know if they just had people that didnt know what they were doing or they have issues with their hearing or what. Time to take a break and go elsewhere for lunch.
