AVOID THIS LOCATION!!
My wife and I were in Green Bay looking at properties and had to be in Appleton by 8:30, so we decided to grab Papa Johns (usually decent corporate pizza). At 7:41, I placed an order with an ETA of completion between 7:51 and 8:01. I arrived at the location around 8 PM to discover the store clouded with smoke. I do not believe that the oven was properly working. I told the manager that I had an online order. He looked it up (I could tell at this time that they had not even started preparing it) and said that it would be another 10 minutes due to me ordering wings well done. I told him that I did not have time to wait 10 and just to prepare them normally which he said would take 5 minutes. I went next door to the wine store for about 5 minutes and returned to the store. Another employee came to me after several minutes and I let her know that I was waiting on an order. 5 minutes passed and I had still not been served. I spoke out to the manager who appeared to be ignoring me, and asked where my order was. He started getting argumentative with me and said that it had not even been 30 min. About 5 minutes later, I received my order and it was horrible! I had ordered a NY style crust pizza with Canadian bacon & pineapple and 6 wings. The crust was flavorless and definitely not NY style, very light on the toppings, and poorly cut. The wings were over-sauced and mushy. I will never order from this location again!!

Friday night we tried to place a large order ($300). Our group was well aware it was a large order and expected a wait. After placing the order, I received a phone call from Paper Johns. The employee was extremely rude about my order. He basically made me feel like a huge inconvenience and essentially yelled at me for putting the large order in at dinner time. Had he just simply explained it would be a wait for the larger order, we would have completely understood, as it was expected. I ended up canceling my order, driving to another pizza chain that's has pizzas always ready for pick up. We spent 1/3 of what Papa Johns would have costs and were not made to feel like inconveniences there.

My favorite chain pizza place that we get EVERYTIME we go to Green Bay! Online ordering was a breeze and order came correct and very fast. Our delivery driver was very kind and friendly. Pricing is getting pretty high though. We spent $40 for a large pizza and garlic knots!

I waited 15 minutes before someone came back into the store then waited another 5 before anyone attended to me the delivery guy had to ask them where the were he was really nice but the kid that cashed me out was ridiculous I watched him play on his phone instead of take my order at the cash register well, he sat on the phone with someone named Shelly or something literally in a phone call while trying to take my order then asked me three times what I ordered and then I told him that next time that he takes somebody’s order, he should probably not be on his phone and if I was his manager, I would’ve fired him on the spot for that, and then he proceeded to get an attitude with me and basically told me have a nice day and his name is Dalton by the.

I ordered a pizza at 4;18 PM. I waited over 1 1/2 hours but the pizza was never delivered. The APP said the pizza was delivered. I waited 15 min. after that and then I called to check on the pizza, the Manager hung up on me. I called back and canceled the order. I expect a full refund, and I will never chose Papa John's again. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, POOR MANAGEMENT AND WORKERS!
