I’m mad because I ordered and they didn’t deliver it all but they charged me. I called and they hung up on me four times and won’t refund me nor deliver the rest of it.

Ordered food at 4:04, didn't receive it until an hour later at 5:05. Not to mention even though i did NOT mark contactless delivery, the driver just left my food on the porch and didn't knock, so I didn't know my food had arrived until i checked the tracker at 5:10. The food tasted fine, not bad but I've had better from this same location. But the fact that it took over an hour and was just left on my porch without making me aware of it is completely ridiculous.

Already paid online including tip and then try to get food and try to beg for a tip again! Pizza tastes like cardboard and I don’t understand how a place that has PIZZA in its name runs out of the most popular toppings like sausage. That should ALWAYS ALWAYS BE ON HAND! There should always be at least an extra case in the back come on!! OR THERE’S MORE THAN ONE PIZZA HUT IN GREEN BAY AREA BORROW A CASE ORTWO UNTIL YOUR NEXT DELIVERY!!!! I placed an order for delivery. The driver marked it delivered 5 minutes before he dropped it off. Ok fine, when I finally got the order, everything was smashed into a brown paper bag. Mmmkay. I called to complain. The guy that answered the phone was dismissive. He wanted to make us new food. We were too hungry to wait. So I just asked for a refund. Dude refused to give any kind of refund except for what I gave for a tip as an in store credit. I said fine. Dude hung up with no warning. Rude.
Guy working the window asked for a tip before handing me my food. I already payed online and gave no tip. Last time I ever eat here again so I don’t have to deal with children begging for money. Get a better job if you don’t want to survive on tips.

My order was delivered was a thin and a hand tossed. Was the worst pizza I have ever had. Was cold , the crust was disgusting and soggy. Frozen pizza you get from the store is better. I called them to complain about the pizza. They hung up on me after I said I had a complaint about the pizza. If you order from here don’t just go to the store and get the frozen pizza.
We placed an order today last minute after Toppers pizza in De Pere was unable to fulfill our request. Even though we needed about 20 pizzas last minute for a company hand out, Pizza Hut was still able to get it done. I spoke with a very nice lady on the phone who was able to get our order done super fast! She even threw in a free extra pizza, which she didn't have to do. Super happy with our experience and will continue to use this business for work handouts. Excellent 10/10

They messed my order and delivery was HORRIBLE. Supposedly get a full refund email call to get it and the person said”No You don’t have any credits.” Then she put me on hold, transferred me and then said I was being rude to get my refund.” Great customer service when I got hung up on.
