I had Ellen prepare a table for about 36 guests who came to a celebration of life for my mother. Ellen and I talked initially about a German/Wisconsin themed repast. She prepared a menu that reflected my mother’s heritage which was tastefully and gracefully presented. She and her server were attentive to every detail. I appreciated her quiet and efficient demeanor as we toasted and celebrated together as family. Cleanup was efficient and appeared effortless. I recommend her for any occasion when attention and care, excellent food and service are important.

Posh Nosh” catered our Son’s small intimate wedding on the Bay. What a Blessing Ellen was! She created the most scrumptious meal designed with beauty and we didn’t have to do a thing except open our kitchen ( which is a simple cottage setting). She and her helper were almost invisible as they set everything up, cooked our meal❣️ Her presentation was flawless and lovely!!! A fresh garden salad (Not the usual) tenderloin or Seabass- Scrumptious and Crème Brûlée (Yum) for desert❣️They served us flawlessly and made our event “Perfection!” We would highly recommend Ellen (PoshNosh) every Day! She was right on time and came fully prepared, bringing everything and thinking of every detail.
