“Bee (the owner?) has the best customer service ever and I can tell she works just as hard as the people under her. I am known as “milwaukee girl” because I am from there and was overjoyed about bread guts in a very colorful way. The other ladies that were behind the counter today (sat 7/19) were so kind and helpful. I feel welcomed and at home when I come to this location. The workers here treat me nicer than any other sub shop. I wish I could give this location more stars!!“

“Simple no frills sandwich shop that offers delicious made to order sandwiches! I went for a short walk after a long day of driving and was looking for something light to eat before bedtime. I found this place by accident and was very glad I did! I asked for whatever the most popular sandwich was and was rewarded with a “Boney Billy” or a turkey, cheese, lettuce & tomato sandwich. It was delicious, fast, and reasonably priced … all in all it was perfect! I hope I’m back this way again soon!“

“decided to give another panera a try, this is exactly what a new vibe for panera should be, updated but still cozy! not sure why west bend, wi was able to lose sight of the ambiance panera strategically created, but glad that there are many paneras that are newly built and retaining the reason people come inside, COZY HANG OUT.“

“First time here and I have to say I really enjoyed their cheddar broccoli soup, my husband liked his home style chicken noodle soup as well. The briquettes were half way decent as was their steak sandwich. The only issue I had was that I thought they could wipe the tables more often. We did have to hunt for a clean table. We would go again, the soups were good. 😉“
