“Stopped here on a whim during my lunch break after craving soup and salad on a cold, rainy day… I’m so glad I did! It’s such a cozy place, friendly staff, food is simple, comforting and delicious! It hit the spot and filled me up so I could finish my 12 hour shift ☺️ Thank you!“

“Always a must! Food is delicious and always fresh! I always foreget to take pic cuz I am so excited to eat! We got box lunches and had a picnic at the Bay. I loved the Cali with broccoli cheddar soup ? pickle, and dessert. Hubby got the Comet Candy, cheddar soup, pickle and dessert.“

“I went to the Green Bay location and it was extremely busy. I waited between 5 and 10 minutes for my server to come to my table because I think she was busy with a large party. But what happened after that made me feel like a celebrity! I had 2 managers come to me, one brought me my drink and took my order right away. I believe his name was Nathan. Then I had a different server tell me she was taking over for the original server. They all kept checking up on me, asking if I needed refills or anything, and I even got a desert on the house! The food was hot and delicious. I got the Chicken Alfredo. They all apologized for the wait several times. The hostess even came over. So what started off as a blunder really turned out nicely. I just wanted to say thank you. I knew it was busy and I could see after this happened it wasnt the norm.“

“Simple no frills sandwich shop that offers delicious made to order sandwiches! I went for a short walk after a long day of driving and was looking for something light to eat before bedtime. I found this place by accident and was very glad I did! I asked for whatever the most popular sandwich was and was rewarded with a “Boney Billy” or a turkey, cheese, lettuce & tomato sandwich. It was delicious, fast, and reasonably priced … all in all it was perfect! I hope I’m back this way again soon!“

“decided to give another panera a try, this is exactly what a new vibe for panera should be, updated but still cozy! not sure why west bend, wi was able to lose sight of the ambiance panera strategically created, but glad that there are many paneras that are newly built and retaining the reason people come inside, COZY HANG OUT.“

“First time here and I have to say I really enjoyed their cheddar broccoli soup, my husband liked his home style chicken noodle soup as well. The briquettes were half way decent as was their steak sandwich. The only issue I had was that I thought they could wipe the tables more often. We did have to hunt for a clean table. We would go again, the soups were good. 😉“
