I order on the app for in store pick up (to avoid chances of longer lines) several times a week and always order the same thing. Hit or miss on how well it’s prepared but usually it is fine. Not the best, not the worst. I’ve had to wait beyond latest pick up time a handful of times to see them engrossed in conversation and I end up late to my appointment. Not the end of the world but is frustrating at the time. This is completely not their fault (I imagine) but why does it still smell so bad in the front?! Makes me sick so I avoid breathing while walking in or go thru the side door. Noticed it since day one as I’ve been coming since they opened and thought it was new building stuff but not so much at this point.

Grande filled Venti coffee. This is not the first time and I only have this type of experience at this location. Coffee still tastes good but I’m just not sure why it’s only 2/3 filled. I understand it’s not going to be filled to top since it’s hot but this is a bit ridiculous.

This is the second time I went to this location and the first time was wonderful. Today was my second time going to this location since it’s closer to where I live and go to school. I ordered, I had to stand there for a little bit before the girl with dirty blonde hair from the drive came over and took my order. Once that was done, I sit down just on my phone trying to mind my business, since the girl with the dark green hair started on one of the drinks. Then it was just left there for like 20 minutes because the girl with the green hair was more focused on the drive through. After about 15 minutes she finished one of my drinks, after being told by the girl in the drive through that Ive been waiting awhile. She didn’t make my second drink until a girl with tattoos and glass apologized and made the second drink. This all took about 20 minutes and I came in right before it got busy too. This had happened on March 13th at 9 in the morning.
Parking: More room for parking

New store but not a cozy coffee shop - too stark and cafeteria feeling. Some workers are consistently friendly and an asset to the store . . . others don't have time to smile, say good morning/afternoon, or otherwise do their job. I wish I could make sure tips went to ones deserving like I can at many other shops!
Parking: Handicap parking, pickup order parking by door. Other parking is always available.
Wheelchair accessibility: No automatic opening doors but otherwise accessible.
