You need to train your employees on what Fresco Style means. It’s pretty simple - no dairy. So no chipotle sauce. 9/10 Tbells can’t handle this incredibly simple concept, yet they offer it as an “option”

I attempted to order food through the drive-through at 11 AM. The attendant was moving cars in front of me through as well, but when I got to the order station, she informed me that they were not open. When I asked her what time they do open, she mentioned 1230-ish. All signs said that they were open for business as well as Google. .

We ordered on line and went to pick it up when the young lady told us they couldn’t fill our order account “out of meat”. Seen some strange things lately but this one has to be right up there. I wonder where the manager was? This was on 12/14 @ 530ish.

placed a mobile order to pick up. doors were locked at 6:30 with 10 cars in the drive thru. then they handed my order to the person ahead of me so i had to sit here and hold up the drive thru

I am a door dash driver so I pick up at many food places and enjoy great experiences and relationships with the staff and management due to my London English accent.I waited in your empty store to be acknowledged, your cctv will show me standing in a claret English soccer shirt. When I was noticed a black guy acknowledge the order I was waiting for. A while later a white guy basically through the food at me and walked away. I asked about the drinks and he ignores me. I keep asking for the drinks when a black brings the them to me. I asked who the other guy was and she said the manager. I asked to speak to him and was ignored and the original black guy came up to me and apologized. The restaurant is on 2409 Monroe road, De Pere WI and this happened about 6:30pm.

If the lobby is closed, put a sign on the front door. I had an online order and by the time I got through the drive-through it's sat there on a cold shelf for over 15 minutes. Everything was cold. And fix the parking lot. It's in terrible shape.
