This TB is the slooooowest EVER for service! It took 22 minutes for 1 regular sized order of nacho fries!! I could have driven to East De Pere, ordered, and driven back faster than this order was made. This is our 3rd app order that has not been ready on time. Absolutely ridiculous!! The employees clearly don’t care about their jobs, customer service, or TB as a business. We are done using this location!

If you order delivery and they mess it up don’t expect them to try n fix it. Got given options that I can’t redeem, told it’s the apps fault not theirs, and talked to like I was bothering her. Coulda just said I’m gonna write your name down n we got you. Got hung up on instead.

I came through at midnight not a soul to be found working even though it says they are open until 1am. I waited in drive through, no answer, I looked in the window nobody... guess your employees like to play hide and seek while on the clock.

Great service and great food every time I’ve gone to this location. If I go during a busy time they might forget something in my order, but when I go to the counter and ask politely they do their best to make it right and provide me with what they forgot.

This location never get the orders right. There is always items missing no matter what time of the day you’re there. Employees should be checking items before bagging to make sure these are there. It’s really not a big deal besides the fact that we are pretty much paying for something we never receive.

Don’t go to this Taco Bell if it is after 8pm (or ever). Orders are more often then not made incorrectly, or they will just say at 11pm they can’t make the order and charge it to your card anyway. Called the manager of the store, she said she can’t refund it, and I would have to call when the district manager was they were in. Tonight was my last straw with this place when the employee told me they don’t know how to cut onions or make guac (guac is more understandable) then proceeded to mess up every item on the order that didn’t have the missing ingredients. Honestly just go the extra mile and get it from Oneida st because this location is a joke.

The good always out weighs the bad at this location! Since opening, I've noticed they always redeem their customer service by doing what's right for their customers! I had a great experience with Simone this morning during breakfast, so shout out to her for making my morning. Friendly reminder that customer service and food handlers are HUMAN (like literally everyone on this planet) ??

Ordered on forced kiosk. Stood there 10 minutes trying to get someones attention. While they all chatted about something in the back then 1 started playing on his phone. Never did get their attention and left.

UPDATE: Just tried going through the drive thru and I saw this on the screen instead. Apparently the grills going down coincides with no one being there.

I have tried twice to get food this week through their drive thru. First time, they weren't open yet but at least they had people getting setup. Today, 7:30, which is a half hour after they were supposed to be open, and nobody there. I took a photo with my phone and smart watch. Normally, I go through the drive thru with no issues. This apparently has become the norm here. Sad. Mostly good people who I deal with.

what should be lunch rush, I was only one there, used Drive thru. Worker wasnt very friendly, and took multiple repeats to say a 2 item order. Then, as the only person at the place, get asked to go park and wait for food. I had to wait 10 minutes. Then, the requested sauce packets were missing, and, the nacho bell grande was not only missing a key ingredient (cheese) it was light on every ingredient. What a joke.

This taco bell will open when they want and, it had a hand written sign saying "no breakfast until 9am". They also told us it stops serving breakfast at 10am. Service sucks and I had to give my order 5 times they dont care to listen. Also when I finally got my order it was all wrong not even anything that I ordered.
