Like most customers, I go to a coffee shop for internet and coffee. The internet here didn't work and the numerous incorrect wi-fi options open customers up to evil-twin / man-in-the-middle attacks, especially with no correct wi-fi to select. This is a huge cyber security fail. Also, they serve the coffee in obnoxious handle-less mugs that are too dangerous to pick up because they're too hot. If they would get the internet working and buy mugs with handles on them i might consider coming here again. i think they're supposed to be "hand-warming" mugs, but they work too well and are just "hand-burning" mugs. Not worth it. No wonder the coffee is so pricey: they're buying unnecessarily pretentious mugs.
20 min later - still no functioning internet and i still can't pick up the dang mug! Yeesh.

Had breakfast here twice on Saturday and Sunday mornings. The food was consistent and pretty great. I had an everything bagel breakfast sandwich and it was pretty awesome. I also had a chocolate scone which was pretty good.
For coffee I had the iced mocha which was solid as well. I would definitely go back if back in the area.
Service was super on Saturday; they were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Sunday it was also pretty slow inside, but the service was much more matter of fact, direct, and pragmatically focused.

The coffee is overly bitter, customer service is lacking, shop is uncomfortable and baked goods lack flavor. There are too many great coffee shops in the area that I will be spending my money at. The owner clearly lacks any common sense in managing a business
Good coffee

Tazza Coffee Shop is an absolute gem! The decor is modern and incredibly aesthetic, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere perfect for catching up with friends or enjoying a solo coffee break. I ordered the goat cheese BLT, and it was phenomenal – the blend of flavors was spot-on, and every bite was a delight. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great food, excellent coffee, and an inviting ambiance!

Tazza's location on Packerland is delightful! I always enjoyed their drinks and snacks before they moved, but I think this location is much nicer and fits them better. I loved it when it was Crystal Coffee and it seems that the location passed into fantastic hands. There is a wide variety of drinks, pastries, and actual food food, like hot sandwiches and breakfast options. Staff are really kind and friendly, and they know the menu and can help you with any questions.
Grab a coffee (I love the Cafe Miel, a honey-sweetened latte) and a small pie or a croissant, sit in a comfy chair, and enjoy the pleasant atmosphere.

I got a plain bagel breakfast sandwich with sausage and egg... and it was $9! Even in Boston that would be considered expensive. It was very good, but the price is just not reasonable and not in line with other places around here. You can get the same sandwich with a nicer scrambled egg at Luna for $5.50. Very nice staff, friendly service.

Chocolate chip scone was good but coffee was just okay at best. I'm used to strong dark roast coffee - this was on the weak side.
The BEST chai latte I’ve ever had. The barista suggested I add pumpkin spice (‘tis the season!) and I’m so glad I did. Seriously, perfection.
