Both the east and west sides are one of my favorite coffee houses. The food is tasty, the coffee and drinks are delicious, and the service is happy and quick. My Madison son says they have the best Americana.

I am extremely disappointed with the service as well as the lack of follow through. I went to the Depere on a Saturday and waited over 30 minutes for a coffee flight. It was not overly busy at that time. I decided that I was no longer going to wait so I very politely asked the woman behind the counter to refund my money. She took my name and phone number and told me we would be in touch. Days passed and I attempted to reach out by phone, none of the phone numbers that I could find online were in service. I reached out via social media twice with still yet no response almost a month later. I come from about 30 minutes away and happen to be in town over the weekend of the Fourth of July. I stopped in there and a person working behind the counter called the owner and said that she needed to take care of things on the backend but lost my name and number. I again provided it and still nothing. As much as I enjoy their coffee flights I will never go back there, and I am extremely disappointed in their customer service.

I get a breakfast bagel sandwich (&sometimes a latte) at least once a week before work. Let me tell you, the bagel is FILLING--the equivalent to 2 bagels from most other places. Today I got the Blackberry Latte also....AMAZING! The staff here is always friendly and smiling, even bright and early in the morning. Everything is always hot and fresh, and for it being fresh, the wait is never long at all. Stop pouring money into chain establishments and start supporting local! Tazza is a gem away from the hustle and bustle of the main drag. If you hate waiting in long, slow lines for mid-tier coffee, go here instead!

Stopped in for a couple of hours for work and had amazing service, great atmosphere, clean bathrooms and cozy!
Upon entering Tazza Coffee Shop, it appeared bright and clean. The young lady behind the counter was really nice, and since it was our first time there, she was very patient. The sandwiches we got were excellent, the baked goods were very good, but sadly to say, the coffee was terrible. My brother and I travel throughout the country, trying different brands of coffee, and unfortunately, this was one of our least favorite of all. That is the reason for my 4 star review. Other than the coffee, everything else gets 5 stars.

More expensive than Star Bucks ! The lady at the drive-through window was in such a hurry to whip my change out the window. I ended up dropping it all over my truck. Let people grab their stuff and put it down, and then hand them their items. It works better like that. Long story short, we won't be back. Coffee is not that great , I will go to the gas station ,it's 1.50 and it tastes better.
