I have loved the exchange for many years. While I am sad they removed a few of my favorite food items, the ones still included are delicious! I highly recommend trying their crepes.
The coffee is delicious and offers a variety of specialty brews you won't find other places.
I enjoy the atmosphere: you get a variety of people getting together for food/coffee, or people hanging around working.
One thing to consider - it can get noisy.
But hands down MY FAVORITE coffee shop to visit in Green Bay/De Pere.

Amazing food, drinks, and experience!
Waited an hour for cafe bites, but if you’re gluten free it could be worth the wait
Eggs were yummy, the layout of the space is quite nice and the music wasn’t disruptive. this is definitely the place to go if you plan to sit around for awhile maybe chat with friends

The Exchange is a nice place with very friendly and helpful staff. I only had the chocolate croissant and it was tasty. For coffee, I had a cortado and it was good. Stop by and give them a try. You won't be disappointed.

Very cute restaurant/coffee shop. Great menu options - and it was nice to see that the crepe and bubble waffles toppings could be interchanged.
I did really like their seasonal menu - and will be back for that.
Drinks were amazing too. Not too many options for sugar free flavoring.
There is limited seating inside for 1-2 people seating.
My only complaint is that the table/bench seating by the back door entrance. The table height is too tall for the chairs.

Really cute place. A little busy on a Tuesday morning, but for valid reasons. A great place to study or even just to chit chat and catch up. Wish the hours were a bit later so I could come more often!

Friendly, but not over-welcoming. The decor was gorgeous, and the fruit bubble waffle was delicious. You stand in line to order then recieve numbers to take with you when you sit. You'll also have to put your plates in a standard above garbage bin, so don't expect full table service. My friend's muffin never came until she brought it up, but it was corrected easily.

How do you like your waffle?
I’ll take mine Southwest. The food here is incredible — this restaurant feels almost out of place, in the best possible way. It shatters the cliché breakfast menus we’ve all come to yawn over. The vibe is entirely its own: authentic, unexpected, and refreshing.
From the large library-style lounge chairs to the repurposed woodwork, it feels like a café plucked from anywhere in the world — equally at home in a bustling metropolitan city. The drip coffee was excellent, and the portion sizes were just right for us.
If you’re looking for a true escape from the ordinary, this is your place.
