If you’re picking up a delivery they will make you sit there and wait 10 minutes just to tell you that you need to buy extra hot bags before they can give you the order. Lady literally told me I need to go buy 3 more hot bags before I can complete my order. What a joke.

Easy to order and delivery man was polite but everything so overcooked and dried out.. set a time for delivery and it was as 20 minutes late. None of it would be a big deal but 20 min late for dried out burnt food and we didn’t receive the extra marinara that I ordered…? It was two orders of marinara that the charge almost a dollar for, but only fill the cups halfway. So I paid for late, burnt and dry pizza and extra for minimal sauce we never got….

izzy was working when i visited and she was phenomenal, suggested a new pizza to me and guided me towards the best deal. store was clean and other associate was helpful and friendly as well, always recommend this place. wonderful staff and beautifully crafted pies ⚡️?

I placed a future order online a week prior to the date I wanted the pizza delivered. I placed this order for work for a company hand out. I prepaid for 20 pizzas to be delivered. The day comes the pizza is supposed to be delivered at 11 am and it never shows up. I understand that accidents happen, but after trying to get ahold of the store to see what was going on, I was transferred to a call center and spoke with a gentleman who said he would contact me to the store manager. After 35 minutes on hold, I hung up because we found out the location was actually closed because we had a driver drive over and there was a hand written sign on the store saying "Closed until 4". Meaning when I was on hold I was on a line that physically could not be answered. I don't know what's more frustrating.. the call center intentionally putting me on hold knowing an associate wouldn't answer or how the website allowed me to schedule a delivery AND pay for it when the store isn't even open during those times. I also understand that many business are needing to modify their hours lately, however the store should have reached out to let us know they could not accommodate our order, they had plenty of time to do so. The call center was no help at all when we asked about reimbursement. Going forward, we will be taking our business elsewhere because I don't want to have to explain to countless hungry employees where their promised pizza is.
