Delivery drivers are rude as hell management is just as rude and literally tries to talk over you. All they do is argue with you! Definitely not customer service!

Haven’t had a bad experience ordering from this location and I’ve done so at least a dozen times. Everything has always been hot and correct, and the delivery drivers and employees at the store have always been pleasant. Our delivery driver tonight was so sweet for saying hello to my son who was super excited and grabbed the food from the porch. Another great experience. Thank you.

We only ever do delivery, but the pizza is always hot and the drivers are friendly! Love being able to order online and earn points towards free food.

Good if you want raw pizza... Or when you call they tell you they can't find your information, even when receiving the order 10 minutes before the call... guess I should of realized it takes more then 15 mins to cook and deliver pizza. Takes me longer to cook some pancakes.... but other then that it's good I guess.

This is my go-to inexpensive pizza place. As a rewards member, you get great deals and sometimes free pizzas after you order so much. I’ve never had a bad pizza here. In fact, they’ve all been great. Delivery people have been super nice. Please take good care of them. Online ordering is convenient and I use it every time.

The sign said it closes at midnight. I showed up at 11:39 and the door was locked! I am just trying to get some pizza. Will not be returning

The pizza was so greasy that the grease had soaked through the box within minutes of delivery. This thin and crispy pizza crust was *saturated* with the grease from this meat lover's pizza. It's inedible. By far, that greasy pizza the worst thing I've ever eaten. Two bites was one bite too many. The entire box and pizza was just a greasy, sludgy mess. That was *supposed* to have been my dinner. I called Pizza Hut and spoke to the manager, who was unsurprised that the pizza was dripping with grease. "Yeah. That's a greasy pizza." Seriously. This is what the man said. In fact, he seemed tired with the entire conversation. He said, "You want another one or a credit?" I didn't want another greasy pizza slop fest, so I took the credit. He hung up on me. WTF? I was nice, dammit. I always tip the drivers well. When I called, I was prepared to be magnanimous and understanding, but this guy was a j**** After I tossed that nasty, greasy pizza in the trash and wiped down my countertop, I realized I'm not EVER going to use that stupid store credit. Why would I want more of that greasy pizza garbage? I called Pizza Hut back, requested the manager and asked for a refund. This time he told me it's against store policy to give refunds. I told him I was surprised to hear him say that. Then I asked him to spell his last name so I'd be sure to get it right in the letter to the corporate office. He hung up on me AGAIN. It's clear that Pizza Hut and I are never, ever getting back together. Once I post this, I'm firing up the laptop to write letters. I'm sure I can find other places online to write reviews, too. I might never get my money back, but when I've paid for an inedible, greasy pizza and had the manager hang up on me twice? This. Is. Worth. My. Time. I'm no one's door matt.

I wouldnt eat at this pozza hut again. My silverware was wrapped in a DIRTY NAPKIN. It had lipstick and grease all over it. When i showed it to the waiter, his response was, "oh, that wasnt me. I didnt do that one." WHAT?!There was also garbage under the empty table accross from us. I am not sure i want to have said this next thing, but our waiter looked like he hadnt showered in daaaayyss....very unappetizing.

As a manager at a restaurant, I understand the struggles of keeping a crew on task but when someone who appears to be a shift leader or manager can walk past a waiting customer at least 3 times without saying anything, or even acknowledging our presence, it really makes me question how this store is run. I'm sure it's not company policy to blatantly ignore customers, so what other policies are being broken? If these were my employees someone would be fired. We waited to be even talked to for 10+ minutes, and when we were finally served the person who seemed to be in charge was rude to us. My family and I will not return to this location.

Will never go back here again. We didn't even stay because no one acknowledged us. Stood around for a few minutes waiting to be seated - not a single person around. Suddenly a guy walked out of the kitchen, looked at us, proceeded to grab a slice of pizza off the buffet (gross!) then walked back into the kitchen. We waited a few more minutes to see if he was going to get someone to seat us and still nothing. We walked out and will never be back. Can't believe this place is still in business.
