The food was delicious and our server was amazing. Highly recommended them! 😊
The service was super slow. We had ordered the bacon appetizer which was amazing, however we were ready to order our meal shortly after ordering our appetizer. The server did not take our dinner order until after we were done with our appetizer. She came to see how the bacon was and we were going to tell her that we were ready to order but she quickly moved on so we couldn’t. I got the lobster bisque and it was ok. The petite tenderloin was decent, too much pepper and I didn’t get the cracked pepper on it when offered. My boyfriend got the New York strip and it was pretty fatty and not a good cut. The atmosphere was decent. The prices aren’t worth the quality.

Food was cold. Potatoes were bad. The manager had to remind our waitress to go get our food. We got sat at a bar top table when we had reservations. Had to ask multiple times for the check. Will not be going back.not sure if we came on a bad night but Disappointed to say the least.

The table was tilting the entire time, if you are a middle age and look well off you will be fine but if you are younger good luck getting service took us 30 mins to get our waters let alone order. We were dressed decent as well.

Geat atmosphere and service. The steaks could use some improvements, 7/10 though. I think the sous vide method is used. Adding spices and or butter inside the bag helps keep it more juicy and flavorful. Drinks were spot on. Everything else we ordered was spot on. Just thinking of ways they could up the steak flavor and texture some more. No complaints.

We went to celebrate our anniversary. This is the second time here. Both times the food was amazing. Our waitress, Josie, did an excellent job taking care of us. She was very attentive to what we wanted and made sure we were happy with everything she served us. We will definitely be back. We plan on bringing some family who will be visiting from out of town in a few weeks.
Great outside seating area, nice tables, heaters, and good atmosphere. Service was excellent bartenders were great waitress was very on top of things keeping area clean and very attentive to customers. Steaks on the expensive side.

I have a gift card for Wissota Chophouse. I went to a Wissota Chophouse last night and ate dinner. I STILL have a Wissota Chophouse gift card. Apparently, the gift cards are only accepted at the Wissota Chophouse where the gift card was purchased... The only indication was in the very fine print on the back of the card where it mentions the city where it was purchased. Borderline scam when it's not communicated or advertised up front. I have never seen a franchise accept a gift card at only one location. I was told they have separate owners (obviously - it's a franchise) and their POS systems are different at each location. The manager was polite and said they are working on fixing the problem. So, Wissota ownership will happily keep the revenue where the gift card was purchased AND the revenue I was duped out of in De Pere. Now I am stuck with a gift card I can't redeem or return. Passing ownership/POS problems onto the customer is a terrible look. Either stop issuing gift cards, eat the cost yourself, or do what 99.9% of franchises do and accept your franchise branded gift cards.

Wissota Chophouse never disappoints! Went back for another special occasion and the steak dinner and sides couldn't have been better! Josie you are amazing! We both enjoyed having you as our waitress again! Keep up the great work! There is no doubt we will return for another dinner/meal! FIVE STARS FOOD AND SERVICE!!
Went out with my wife, son and daughter-in-law for my first visit there. Our filets were over cooked and very dry, quite possibly the worst filet I have ever had. When we talked to the GM about it, she said they could bring new ones out for us. I declined as it took 30 minutes for our food to come out after ordering and i was starving by that time. She offered to bring out a demi glase to help with the dryness but that took another 20 minutes before she returned with it. As we waited, my steak was now getting cold so I just finished it. We were offered free deserts to try and make up for it but we declined as we had to be somewhere. When we were presented our checks, we were charged for everything. I asked the GM if she could remove the charge for the fillet and she said she couldn't since I ate most of it. She eventually (very reluctantly) took off half of the filet price which was something I guess, but not something that I feel was enough. I will not be back and will not recommend anyone going there.

I wouldn't recommend this place. The service was extremely slow, we had to ask for things twice from our server and the bartender was very slow. The food was not very good. Some things we ordered were never served to us. Overall experience was not good.
Chrissy provided our private party with excellent t service. She was attentive throughout the whole meeting. The 3 courses were served promptly and all who attended were very pleased!
