Orderd a burger along with other things and the only reason I'm giving service 2 stars is because the young lady working was very polite and apologetic. That being said the burger we ordered was rotten! It smelled horrible and when I told the manager he said it's seems fine to me and they weren't replacing it. Don't want people getting sick so don't recommend the burgers here

I was the only customer, parking lot was empty. I finished my shake before I got the meal. Staff standing around like nothing better to do. On the other hand, Culver’s next door was swamped, no waiting

Went through drive thru, girl who placed the order was great polite, but the food is disgusting au jus no flavor, fries ice cold, sandwich is ice cold cheese not all the way melted...nothing hot except the poppers...what the what

Absolutely the friendliness most helpful staff when it came to modifying my Uber delivery orders 2 nights in a row. I need the bus removed and that option isn’t available on the ap-please fix that. Most of the time it’s a hassle asking for modifications-but the staff at the store went ABOVE & BEYOND! The portions are large & they taste great on my GF bread at home. Thank You Arby’s!!!!
Went through the drive through they forgot abbey so we had to wait almost 10 min for new fries got home and our food was cold this store has been getting worse and worse I would go elsewhere for food
