Service was very very slow. One group with me had to wait over 20 minutes for their food.
I was greeted very kindly by a man named Logan kellet he came up to me with a big smile and a great attitude!!! And also that mason kellet very kind gentleman made my food and got it out to me before I was even Done paying. These guys deserve the highest raise possible
I heard they have the meats. Iāve been eating the Roast Turkey Bacon Ranch Sandwich for 21 years. Iām still here!!!!!!!!

The worker we had was not very nice. He was calling the other employees stupid but took him forever to get our order complete. He acted like he couldn't make changes to the order. For example my dad and I both ordered fries without salt and he acted like they couldn't do it. We don't believe he put that in our order because they were very salty
I ordered the new brown sugar bacon sandwich. Geez thanks for 2 bacon pieces of bacon torn in half on an 8 dollar sandwich. Do better!!! This location is slow, understaffed and rarely has roast beef ready.

I would rate this store a 5 because of many different reasons!Came to dine in with my family after a long night the Maddy who was working the front counter was very helpful and very kind it really look like she knew what she was doing while she was training someone. WOW! Took around 7 minutes because I ask for my chicken fresh, unlike the other stores Iāve been to, she said āno problemā and didnāt throw a fit.For the food, as I wrote earlier I asked for my chicken fresh and it was delicious the fries were also fresh, and the drinks were not too syrupy.Store was very clean tables were wiped down so we could sit anywhere! Drink station was not sticky and the bathroom is delightful also very clean!Overall this store and including the worker were amazing definitely coming here again!
Parking: Many of parking spots but would be hard if the store is busy.
Kid-friendliness: High chair available and kids toys to entertain.
Drive thru, quick and easy. Love their roast beef.

Can't say I've ever been to an Arby's that's out of roast beef more than this one. I'm not sure how that happens so much, it's been three times I've tried to stop at a normal time of day and "sorry, we're out of roast beef." So strange.
