Fast food I was desperate

I came to this restaurant as a quick stop while driving through town with my kid. I was the only customer at this restaurant when I went inside and was being ignored by two employees who kept walking past the front counter while making eye contact with me. One of the employees was jokingly making inappropriate noises while I stood there waiting with my child. I decided to leave right away due to the unprofessionalism.
Tonight's stop was much worse than other times we've been. Our sandwiches were cold and bread was dry/nearly stale. To top it off, we got to listen to an employee make obnoxious noises the entire time we were there.

The food I received was not what I ordered after I clearly said #12. Took a while to receive food and when I realized that I had the wrong food; everyone was too busy to help me with fixing my order.

Tried going through drive thru, waited a couple minutes to get help, no big deal they were busy and only had one person taking order at the drive thru alternating between lines. When the lady took my order she was good with the one combo when I went to tell her the next one she said to give her a minute, so I wait. Instead of getting back to me to finish my order she takes the order of the vehicle that came in after us in the next line. We had been driving most of the morning, we left and went somewhere else. In total was probably in the drive thru line for 8 minutes and never got our order taken.

Only three normal sized orders on the board total, it took 30 minutes for myself and the couple behind me to get our food. Halfway through the first order the only person making food took a break. The two other workers were a comedy of checking and rechecking the two items in the bag, walking around, and getting themselves ice tea. The other couple and I were joking about the car in the drive-through running out of gas before they get their food. Avoid this location unless you have time to burn.

The two girls working today were the only ones working, and they were being run into the ground. Working in fast food, this just shows poor management or ownership. Every time we've eaten here it's been the same thing. The food is alright, the people who are working are always very apologetic and polite, but there needs to be a change higher up since this is costing your company money. Four people left during our visit this time they were in line due to lack of staffing.

Stopped on Easter Sunday as we were traveling through. After completing an order online (which went through successfully) when we arrived we found the doors locked and the restaurant appeared closed. Understand if they are closed for the holiday, but there was no signage on the doors to indicate they were closed (and the online order system said they were open as well) so poor planning/management there.
This is a beautiful newer restaurant. I had the new honey ham and swiss sandwich and it was excellent!

I was too hungry to wait another 10 minutes in the drive thru that only I was in to tell them my sandwhich was cold and didn't have bacon on it that I ate in the parking lot there. So here I am.
They must be understaffed. I'll blame leadership.

Took forever to get our food, all we ordered was 2 two piece chicken tenders with curly fries and they took about 15 minutes just to bring out the chicken tenders, forgot the fries, had to go back and it still took a while to get us fries, just for them to FORGET about the second fry. Horrible service and unnecessary amount of time to get food out.
