Terrible service. No one around when we came in. Server never spoke a word to us. Ignored other customer waiting till our order was done.
Very clean, food fresh and tasty.
The manager on the morning shift was super rude to my mom. Crotchety old lady with no manners refused to give my mom a refund. If you can't manage customer care then you shouldn't be a manager. ( night shift people are cool tho)
The worst sandwich at a Burger King in 30 years. The bun was soaked in grease to the point of it leaking through the wrapper through the bag all over my clothes and car seats. Unedible and gross!
Seriously lacking in customer service. The bearded dude should work the back of the house, not with customers.

Decided to give this a try since we hadn’t eaten at a BK in years. The most uninspired staff served us food that definitely was not freshly made. Lukewarm at best. When I took my onion rings to the counter to ask for freshly made ones the shift manager didn’t even bother to pretend he cared. Several minutes later he brought the new rings to me and did not say a word to me. Husband and I both felt that he was largely responsible for the lack of enthusiasm shown by the rest of the crew. Our 2 meals cost us $22! For a few dollars more I’ll gladly take my business to a restaurant that cares about quality.

I just had a damned good hamburger ?. At Burger King of all places. I'll be back. The management of this particular establishment in Deforest, WI certainly seems to care about quality. I was in a bad mood, but this made me happy ?

I was driving past here for work so I jumped in the drive through. After waiting 10 minutes being ignored there, I finished what I was doing for work and came back. This time I went into the lobby to order. I only waited 5 minutes this time, but again received no help. Last time I'll waste my time going there for lunch.

This place really needs supervisor around. I came in with a coupon but come to find out I clipped the wrong coupon. The order taker would not honor what I wanted. All he had to do was mark the correct code on the coupon. But instead I walked out as a disappointed customer. They obviously lack direction at this

The only good thing about burger King WAS the flame broiler. Now they just microwave. Gross.
I know they just open. They're working out the bugs but we had an experience
interview was rescheduled 3 different times by the company, said they were going to reach out after the weekend and never did. complete waste of my time.
