Just o k this time Not happy with the prepackage havarti that they slipped in instead of cutting fresh was dry and more like mozzarella

No fresh cheese curds, that's not quite what I'd call an 'authentic' Wisconsin cheese experience.There's alot there but everything's rebranded as their own, and pricey being they dont actually produce anything- staff didn't know where it came from besides 'Wisconsin'. Felt like a tourist trap compared to true authentic cheese shops.

The staff was wonderful and let us sample a lot of the cheeses. The 10 year aged cheddar was her suggestion and it was amazing! Must get!
I stopped in while driving on a long trip, hoping for authentic Wisconsin cheese. Not only did I find my cheese, I also got some adorable souvenirs. I plan to order more cheese online now that I’m back home!!
