It was like 8:00 in the morning and I went inside and I waited at the register area nobody waited on me or even talked to me they were just taking care of the drive-thru so I just left

Horrible customer service. Not having English speaking managers is a problem. You cannot treat people badly and just say thank you over and over to get rid of them. Fix the problem and apologize. I had to drive out here and waste my time because you screwed up but then you treat me badly because you have to fix the error I'm getting so sick and tired of bad customer service this is why your stores are not as busy as they used to be.

I came to get coffee at 5:45am! They said they don’t serve coffee. Then when getting out biscuits we asked for jelly about three times. The little boy at the window had his AirPods in! Horrible customer service.

This drive thru is the slowest McDonald's drive-thru I have ever been through. I shouldn't have to wait more than 5 minutes for two cars in front of me. It's literally taking 3 or more minutes just to take the order. GET IT TOGETHER PEOPLE!

French fries were limp and did not taste well. No napkins to be found anywhere. Had to ask for napkins. We ate in and got a bag versus a tray for our order. The ice machine was spitting ice out randomly into the floor and I warned employees that someone was going to get hurt. Nothing was done about it.

So you guys mess up my mobile order how do you give me a 6 pc nugget when I clearly says 10 but whatever So I’m suppose to call the store to see if they can fix my issue and no one answers what a joke ik you have a manager on duty I called two different parts of the day and it just rings and rings. I’m just venting my displeasure with this one location because everywhere else I go it’s fine. This is not the first time they messed up my order and it won’t be the last
