Gone there for years and never had a problem!
Terrible experience. Called in my order 40 minutes ago. I get there they have no record of me but just wander off like they are looking for it and don't come back and tell me that they didn't find my order. I stand there for another 5 minutes and ask a girl if they have my order and she said they couldn't find it but then doesn't even try to take my order. So then I have to ask if I can place my order and she tells me that they're really busy and makes no attempt to take my order. I asked if she would communicate with me to solve this clearly solvable problem and she doesn't respond. I just walked out.
Friendly staff. Clean store.
I love the convenience of ordering and picking up the pizza. The people working there are always friendly. But mostly I love how delicious Papa Murphy's pizzas are.
