Order took more than an hour and when it arrived, the pizza was stone cold. This is the second time this has happened. In less time we could have gotten a pizza at Papa Murphy's, drove home, and cooked it. We would have had hot pizza. Maybe there's a staffing shortage at this restaurant, but when one spends $35.00 on a meal - it should be delivered on time and the food should be hot. There are several nearby pizza joints that deliver. Our days at this Pizza Hut are over.

We placed an order for this location as we expected the food to be better than our Sun Prairie location as it typically is. I placed the order in SP, gave extra departure time considering it is a Friday night. Got to the store within 35-40min of placing it. Couldn’t get help from the teenager behind the counter at first, observed a couple of other teenagers messing around while sitting in the car waiting for my wife. After 45min of waiting I swapped places with my wife. Within about 10 extra minutes of being in the store my food was served, served cold. My first response was to be respectful to the employees and ask for a manager, once I got the manager I asked for a refund/void transaction due to the wait. The manager proceeded to argue with me explaining the time stamp eta in the app that he kept bumping back to allow time for a 10 pizza order. I asked again, he then offered a discount coupon. I explained I wasn’t going to return to this franchise location. Only AFTER threatening a review was a refund on the table, his response to me mentioning I was going to leave a review was “you don’t need to threaten me”. To which I replied, I tried to reason with you 3 times. I know being in the food service industry customers can be rude and awful. However, when I present a respectful request I generally expect compliance. People don’t get anywhere being rude.
The bottom line. Being respectful I shouldn’t have had to do a back in fourth. Just issue the transaction void. It’s that simple. It isn’t worth risking negative perception of the town you serve… It’s $30 my guy.

Pizza was not hot - had to put it in the microwave for two minutes. From the time the order was placed until it was delivered was more than an hour. Driver was very nice and was full of smiles. :)

Placed a pick up order. A single pizza, stores open for another 2 hours. Workers had a terrible attitude. Tried giving me the wrong order first then was verbally upset when I left that I had left a small tip. It'd be different if they were delivering, or close to closing. The grown men acting like children is insane.

Says online order will be ready by 11:51 not getting out by 12:20 is a problem they didn’t even start my food until I got there. I won’t be back. Fix your online service and stop lying to people it’s unacceptable.

Had 2 pizzas delivered. They lacked flavor, ingredients and the hand tossed dough was old. Our son used to work for Pizza Hut in Middleton and he said he could tell the dough had sat too long. Disappointed. Won't be ordering again.

On Halloween and New Year’s Eve they got stacks on stacks on stacks of pizza boxes lined up and ready to go.
I have ordered in the app multiple times to only get order is being delivered but never received my orders. I can’t change my phone number in app. The app it self has changed so I can’t click on leave at door.

Wanted to pay it forward with a complement tonight! Shout out to PizzaHut tonight. From the gentleman who made ordering fun over the phone, to the young woman working the counter who was busy as heck but doing it with smile on face to the manager (i think), they all went above and beyond. That place was hustling tonight and even though they made a slight mistake (easy to do when busy and my order was kinda complicated) everyone was great and more than happy to fix it. This kind of customer service makes my heart happy and we don't see much anymore. Keep up the great work team.
