Randomly closed. In the middle of an afternoon, I was looking for a "third space" to get a few things done. Their posted hours were not honored.

This was my first time at the Deforest location and I'll never return. We walked in to a grumpy employee who said, "Just so you know, it's going to be like a 25 minute wait. We're super behind and understaffed. If you do the drive through it might be faster." First off, I've never ever been to a coffee shop, not just Starbucks, that's had more than a 10 minute wait. 25 minutes is wildly unacceptable and unheard of, especially when there are 7 team members working. Secondly, I need to know what the logic is behind going through the drive through for faster service?! It's first come first serve! The employee didn't offer an ounce of warmness or kindness, with no apology and no smile. This horrible location gives the company a most unfortunate, unprofessional and unkind representation. I'll never return there and will only give my business to the local choice shop, Windsor Breads and Bakery, and I sincerely hope fellow patrons will too.

This is my favorite starbucks by far. the workers are amazing and always super friendly! I always run into addy and she is the best batista by always starting conversations and making my drinks so good! Definitely recommend stopping in if your ever passing through deforest!

Went there at 1:20pm on a Sunday and nobody was there. No signs that stated they were closed. The drive through was still open and the signs were on, but zero staff were there. We should’ve paid more heed to the poor reviews for this location.

Saw a customer drop her muffin onto the floor on accident. The server saw it happen and already began to replace it. Don't know why this place gets flak.

I had the worst experience just now at the DeForest Starbucks. My friend asked
Me to get her the new caramel apple non dairy drink. I had been at a Starbucks earlier today as well and saw the same drink on a sign promoting seasonal drinks. The team had no idea what I wanted. Which in itself is fine. But a male jumped on the drive thru and was extremely rude to me. He told
Me I can’t be in his line for more than 3 minutes or he will get a ding against him so he wanted me to come inside if I wanted to figure out what I wanted. Awful customer service. And a lot of attitude. He gave
Me my drink for free. I’m guessing because he could tell he was not cool about helping me. Super unprofessional

Went through drive threw, It has been a while since I've been to Starbucks. Ordered double chocolate chip Frappuccino and tasted good, but it was missing the mocha/ chocolate drizzle. This location also has confusing entrance and drive-thru. Nice friendly staff.

I’ve been scolded multiple times at the drive thru for showing up when the app told me to. The drinks are often made wrong or poorly, so it’s definitely not worth the hassle. There is something very wrong with this location, I’ve never had experiences like this at other Starbucks.

Hands down the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been too. If you dislike customer service or customer interaction find a different job. I shouldn’t be treated as a disservice or given ugly looks when I pull up to the window. They mock you for altering any drink and huddle as they watch you walk in because THEY messed up your order and get mad cause you ask them to remake it. The drive thru lady is always nice on the speaker and rude at the window. I once pulled thru the driveway only to be given my drink with no customer interaction whatsoever. I’ve given this location many tries but at this point they’ve hired a bunch of mean girls with no intentions to make this location any better.
