Stopped for a late lunch. Not crowded, but more folks than I expected. They had a special for salad and soup. Went with the chicken sandwich meal for 9.99. It was a huge chicken breast. Cooked perfectly. The wait staff was very good.

Stood and waited 15 minutes before we even saw a worker and was seated. After being seated we waited 30 minutes for food and the plates were hot and the food was cold/luke warm. The only hot item was the French fries. The stake was asked for medium done and was very rare and was nothing but fat. The grilled chicken was super dry and had parts of it that was still pink. Waiter had asked if we needed a drink refill and forgot to bring it to us until the end when asking if we were done. I expected more attentive staff with them being so slow (only had 4 tabes seated in the whole place), watched someone who was there for a pick up order stand for 10 minutes and it wasn’t until he stood by what I’m assuming was the entrance to the back before he was even helped. Was hoping for a great meal for my and my husbands anniversary but instead got cold food and poor service, I’ve also never seen a waitress run so fast to the table after we stood up to see if there was a tip or not and as we walked outside you could see her in the window counting it.

We stopped in last night 11/9 after a comedy show in downtown Milwaukee. We were in a rush as we had a two plus hour drive home and I was craving a burger. It was around 7:30 on Saturday night. Very few people. Very few staff. Waitress was very friendly and efficient. I had a mushroom and swiss burger and fries. Hubby had steak, potatoes and green beans. Admittedly I didn't take any photos because plating was nothing special. Actually plating was really sad looking. But I just have to say my burger was SO good! One of the best I've had anywhere. I also had them bring me the beer cheese dip they serve with their soft pretzels for me to dip my fries. I'm not a fan of ketchup. That beer cheese dip was very good as well. Definitely give the mushroom and swiss burger a try!!

Food continues to go downhill. Riblets are not good anymore, and the Salmon was terrible. The gluten sensitive symbol was not safe for me. I have celiac and understand the risks, so that's on me. The Asian Chicken Salad that my family had was good.
