I was a loyal customer until the new manager told me very rudely I have to be patient and it’s not his fault that there’s only 3 people. The lobby was dirty. The lady manager Teressa and the kitchen manager Dominick were professional and nice per usual. Unfortunately with my bad experience I will not be back

Fries cold, the 2 for $5.00 bacon cheeseburgers are mini burgers, not regular size.

Over $12 for a cold whopper, lukewarm fries, don't even want to try the coke. You're better off going to Subway.

Only 2 employees working during lunch rush, unreal. Just sell this location and put up something that isn't an eyesore, and actually does the only thing they are expected to do.
I was going to give a poor review for this establishment, when my food came, my wrap had very old chicken inside, and my cheeseburger was just smashed together. I usually don't say anything, however, the GM was in the restaurant and I let her know how my food was. She instantly took the food back and went into the kitchen area and told demanded fresh food be cooked. Thank you!! I do not know your name You are what other people wish to be. Thank You.

I’m not one to usually say anything but Luisa was blatantly ignoring the gentleman that was working with her asking her to drop fries. Zero response from her and I just found that rude as you could noticeably see the gentleman getting irritated as would I. Not only did I have to wait 20 mins for fries but my daughters burger was made wrong. The other two were great but she was absolutely holding them back from being efficient.

I just ran through the drive thru and got Chicken Fries and they were so soggy from grease that they were inedible.

Rude staff, took forever to make a small order of food gave us a small shriveled up slider they call a burger. Forgot my French frys and when I asked for a crown they just shut the window on me
