Rebecca met me at the front counter and was trying to rush me into ordering. While ordering she was short with her responses and made me feel like she was trying to push me through the process and deciding. While ordering she neglected to note that I asked for a large meal, rather than a medium. While sitting in the lobby she was observed playing games on her phone at the front counter the entire time. At times she would go from her phone to handling food for customers.

Tables were sticky, the food was cold, the staff were snarky and were not welcoming. almost everything thy were out of, even tho it was an hour before closing this shouldn’t be an issue.

This was the worst experience i have ever had!! The girl at the counter was not only rude and disrespectful but she even argued with me as too whether or not I said a value meal!! Even after I offered to pay for the fries and drink she said nasty things. Then the fries I ordered last came out before the rest of the meal. Do NOT go here!!!

Very clean atmosphere; clear that the manager cares about keeping a tidy space and a well run store.
We sat at order bar for 10 minutes and no one asked us for our order. We pulled up to the window and they said we have to go through the order line again. We asked if we could just pay for a dilly at the window and they said “no, you have to go back in line and order it”. Horrible customer service
Still as Always a Great Place for Frozen Blizzards and Frozen Birthday cakes!
I asked where to put my tray after eating bc there was no designated spot for trays and the little child working got mad cuz they couldn’t hear me :/
