Very clean atmosphere; clear that the manager cares about keeping a tidy space and a well run store.

We sat at order bar for 10 minutes and no one asked us for our order. We pulled up to the window and they said we have to go through the order line again. We asked if we could just pay for a dilly at the window and they said “no, you have to go back in line and order it”. Horrible customer service

I asked where to put my tray after eating bc there was no designated spot for trays and the little child working got mad cuz they couldn’t hear me :/

Do not use drive through ever I was only car and waited 23 minutes for my food and all I ordered was two burgers and fries. Upon receiving my order it was all wrong.
I received a chilidog which I didnt order and was missing a burger.

And Called back to speak with a manager and got put on hold 3 times and was not answered at all. I ended up driving back and getting my correct order.

They were busy so service was a little slow. Staff very friendly. I would definitely return.

Absolutely Awful! I placed a $75 order of food and treats thru door dash. the Dasher had to make them repack it because they didn'tbag half the order. . Then they forgot the 6 pack of Dilly bars. And when I called to ask them about it, they said the only thing I could do was ask for a refund through DoorDash. Manager was rude, short and full of excuses about how he doesn't have staff. The food was nearly inedible. It tasted like the chicken and fries were half fried, earlier in the day and kept in a Luke Warm bin. They were soggy and cold by the time we got them, I had to throw 75% of the food away, the only thing we could eat, we're the blizzards. And those weren't even made correctly the ingredients were on the top, if at all in the blizzard, and the whole bottom half was just ice cream, absolutely awful. If you don't have enough staff to make your food correctly, then don't open.

Google says open until 10pm on a Friday night. Showed up on a Friday night @7:30pm and was closed. This isn’t the first time. Just go to Oconomowoc.

Food is fine. What’s nauseating is the religious music blaring over the speakers. Not Christmas music. That I wouldn’t complain about.

Absolutely some of the best customer service I have ever received. The two girls that are here are very helpful and very polite. Thank you for the amazing experience
