No vegetarian options. Went there for family anniversary dinner and the choice wasn't mine. I ordered 3 side dishes, mashed potatoes, sauteed mushrooms and sauteed spinach as my meal. You would think at $8, $7 and $7 that would be a decent amount. It came out all on one plate, which is fine but in total was about as much as 1.5 sides in volume. So $25 or so dollars for a bunch of sides that added up to not enough for a meal. It was tasty though lol. It's 2025. A simple Google search will give you tons of vegetarian recipes using mostly ingredients you have already. It's simple rudeness to have exactly 0 dishes without meat that are actually still a meal. Get educated. Drinks were great. Had tamarindo margarita and it was tall and refreshing. Needless to say we won't be back, since I can't eat.

Excellent food and service. If you like spicy Cajun food, then I highly recommend a stop here if you're in Delafield. The menu has shrimp, catfish, alligator, fish and so much more.

Outdoor seating and a view of Nagawicka Lake is a bonus.

Shout out to Sally for her explanation of specials and recommendations for me.

Absolutely fabulous experience. Food was so good, service was great and the location is so nice. Decor is also great. Red beans and rice was delicious, etouffee was so flavorful and the Caesar salad was the best of my life.

Small portions. The fries you get with a fish fry is like a third of what you would expect. Charged me $10 for an extra filet. Wild pricing. Food was good. Service sucks. Had to ask for water. Wow. This might be okay if you never left lake country it might be fine. It doesn’t stand up. If you went here for drinks only it’s a 10/10. There are much better options out there. My daughter’s friend had cold food. Ufda. And in the one pic is my $10 extra filet. Rip off.

New to the area and wanted to give it a try so I brought my son there for dinner on a Saturday night. We waited about 10 minutes before the hostess arrived back to her post. I asked the couple in front of me, and they said they had been waiting just as long and hadn’t seen anyone. The bar area was extremely loud and crowded. Lots of tables in there for a smaller space. We opted to sit outside, and my son had mentioned he was cold. The waitress brought him her jacket which was extremely nice of her to do that. We asked to move by the propane heater, the one heater didn’t work, but third time was a charm as far as tables and we got to sit next to one. We ordered the chicken quesadilla as an appetizer. This thing was enormous and should have been a meal. The quesadilla itself was filled with chicken, too much for my liking, and the chicken tasted and smelled as if it came from a can. Kinda disappointing. I ordered the Bones Burger, which said it came with lettuce, tomato, pickles, and fries. When I got it, the burger had coleslaw, not lettuce and the pickles were missing, and it was way over seasoned. At one bite, I thought I had bitten into a salt lick. My son got the crawfish and fried catfish pasta. He said it tasted fine just the catfish was overly breaded.

**Make your server wright down your order and read it back to you to avoid multiple mixups! Ours didn't write anything down.** (Details below) ???

Went here for the first time and had a friendly server. There was some confusion between us and her from the get-go for some reason, but didn't think much of it at first. When I asked how long some of the dishes take to cook, she told me some take a little bit longer than others but still should be less than 20 to 25 minutes.

We proceeded to order an appetizer, a bowl of gumbo, and one of the main dish specials of the night (or at least thought I did). The appetizer and gumbo came out within 10 minutes and we're pretty good. After about 10 more minutes, our server came back and filled our waters and asked how things are going. I didn't think to ask about how much longer for the main dish since it was within the amount of time that she had mentioned it would take to cook.

Fast forward 40 minutes later and we had not heard from our server again and when she did come back over to check on us and I asked how much longer for the main dish to come out, she proceeded to tell me that she thought I didn't want it and hadn't ordered it. She said they could go put an order in right away, but since we had already been there so long, we said we were good and would just like a to-go container and the check. She said sure thing and then proceeded to ask if I like Key Lime pie and I said "yes". Now, I will take ownership that I did not triple confirm if whether or not this was her trying to say "sorry for the mix-up on the order" and was a complementary dessert or not, but suffice to say, when my bill came finally, the dessert was on there as a charge and when I asked her about it she responded with saying that she just wondered if I wanted some dessert before I left (even though we had just waited over 40 minutes for an entree that was never coming).

So, for anyone who's read this review all the way through, make sure that you have the server wright down your order. Also, double check that if something does get mixed up, that you don't assume an offer of desert is a gesture of good will, but in fact someone who is quite good at fitting in one last upsell before you go. It's almost too funny to be mad about, the pie was good, but I kind of laughed to myself afterwards for the bold nature of the "last minute upsell" after a mix up (because I don't think she did it out of malice, but instead out of lack of understanding of social norms and ques).

I would still recommend this place for the food and atmosphere but just make sure your server knows exactly what you want before they leave your table.

Good luck!?
