I ordered online at 4:57and didn’t realize they closed at 5:00. I got off work and went to get it and they were leaving. I don’t understand why they didn’t just cancel the order instead of me going all the way there and not getting my money back. It was a few minutes before they close so just void the order. I have no way to refund the order on the app.

This Jimmy johns is a nightmare. Workers are always a disaster. 90% of the time when I show up in the afternoon it is closed hours early even when they are supposed to be open and it says they are online. Very frustrating to drive all the way there when it says they’re open and the doors are locked. Terrible service.

Placed on online order for 6:15pm which processed online taking my money and my coupon off my account. Arrived at the location at 6:15pm to find it is closed regardless of online orders being opened and google saying the store is open until 8pm.
Don't even have a way to process a refund online for the order.

My son walked in today at 5:10pm (door was unlocked) and was told they closed at 4:30 and he was not able to be helped. Huh???? Online hours on Saturday state you’re open until 8pm. Why was the door unlocked if you were closed?

Service and food to be expected from JJ's. Good smells, friendly staff took our order right away, and had 3x sandwiches out in several minutes. A massive relief after the terrible experience we had at the Pewaukee JJ's prior to coming here.
Food was made efficiently and quick! Really friendly staff🙂Will come here for my lunch break again sometime.

They had the music so loud in there that you can clearly hear it at the Game Stop next door. The game stop guy said that it's always like that, and it was actually quieter than usual. He said he has to shout to his customers because they can't hear over it most of the time. It sounded like they were having a loud party in there. Crazy unprofessional.
