I had a terrible jimmy johns experience from a Pewaukee store, and when I told the company I wanted a refund after I left them feedback on the page they provided from that poor review, they haven't responded to me in almost a day, and I still want my money back

Placed an order a little after 5 PM for my son to pick up on his way home from work. He went there and they said they are closed at five and they don’t see my order, guess it took a few minutes for my order to come through from the app. Store was supposed to be open until 8 PM and my payment processed so I’m guessing my payment will just be refunded?

Ordered online. Showed up. Place was inexplicably closed. Wrote corporate on Twitter, no answer. Guess Jimmy John’s doesn’t care about their customers. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They will charge you money and then ghost.

Was disappointed this time. Always had the Gargantuan. I thought I bought the usual 6" but what I got was a sandwich not a sub. When did you start using sandwich bread? I guess my new favorite sub (not sandwich) shop is Jersey Mikes.

Staff needs to be trained for health and safety practices and general hygiene. The cashier was picking his nose then took our order. They were all scraggly and smelled stronger than the food.

Went to get subs at 7:45 when they close at 8. Lights were on when we pulled in and when we walked up to the door the boys working quickly turned off the lights and ran behind the counter to hide from us. If your business closes at 8, you stay until 8 to do your job and you don’t act like immature children and laugh and hide. Clearly high school kids decided to close early and stay until 8 to clock out. Ridiculous. Won’t be coming back to this location ever.

Hey JJ…. it might be nice to not have one of your employees firing up heaters RIGHT NEXT TO THE ENTRANCE. This guy is devouring cigarettes and blowing smoke as customers try to enter JJ on an 80 degree summer day. How disgusting is this place?

Called and placed a catering order a week+ in advance. Said all was good and we could pick up at 9:45 (45 minutes before they open. By the way, we have done this 3 years in a row). Called the day before to confirm and he (the general manager) was checking and was going to call back. He did not. I called AGAIN to confirm, they said yes. I said "for pick up at 9:45?" they said "oh sorry, we cannot do that. It will have to be 10:30. If we accommodated you, I would have to get here an hour earlier. We will void your order." We placed at another Jimmy John's and they accommodated our order. Do not place a catering order here and expect to have it any earlier then 10:30, even when they originally say yes. I am a small business owner myself, and would absolutely accommodate customers on any day.
Super friendly staff. Great energy. They were having fun at work and it made the experience so much nicer.

Quick fast and in a hurry! Great place to stop for an easy meal to eat while literally sitting on the Tailgate at Miller Park.If you are like me and don't really like "doughy" stuff get an Unwich hold the extra lettuce and add extra mayo (or cheese).

Fastest food you can get. Layout is mostly a kitchen in an long layout with some seating and bathrooms. Register is only a few feet from the door. Go in, order, walk down the line, get food, and done.
