Service and food to be expected from JJ's. Good smells, friendly staff took our order right away, and had 3x sandwiches out in several minutes. A massive relief after the terrible experience we had at the Pewaukee JJ's prior to coming here.

Checked the online hours, which said they were open. When we got there, there was trash all over the store. I opened the door and the guy said they were closed. The hours need to be updated ASAP

They had the music so loud in there that you can clearly hear it at the Game Stop next door. The game stop guy said that it's always like that, and it was actually quieter than usual. He said he has to shout to his customers because they can't hear over it most of the time. It sounded like they were having a loud party in there. Crazy unprofessional.

I had a terrible jimmy johns experience from a Pewaukee store, and when I told the company I wanted a refund after I left them feedback on the page they provided from that poor review, they haven't responded to me in almost a day, and I still want my money back

Placed an order a little after 5 PM for my son to pick up on his way home from work. He went there and they said they are closed at five and they don’t see my order, guess it took a few minutes for my order to come through from the app. Store was supposed to be open until 8 PM and my payment processed so I’m guessing my payment will just be refunded?

Was disappointed this time. Always had the Gargantuan. I thought I bought the usual 6" but what I got was a sandwich not a sub. When did you start using sandwich bread? I guess my new favorite sub (not sandwich) shop is Jersey Mikes.

Went to get subs at 7:45 when they close at 8. Lights were on when we pulled in and when we walked up to the door the boys working quickly turned off the lights and ran behind the counter to hide from us. If your business closes at 8, you stay until 8 to do your job and you don’t act like immature children and laugh and hide. Clearly high school kids decided to close early and stay until 8 to clock out. Ridiculous. Won’t be coming back to this location ever.

Hey JJ…. it might be nice to not have one of your employees firing up heaters RIGHT NEXT TO THE ENTRANCE. This guy is devouring cigarettes and blowing smoke as customers try to enter JJ on an 80 degree summer day. How disgusting is this place?
