The service was beyond rude. Then to top it off I ordered two breakfast sandwiches with egg even the tags on the wrapper said it was supposed to have it but no egg.But I will say the building was clean unlike so many other fast food places.

sat march 23, 2024 9:45 pulled up to window no one would knowledge us. 4 cars went in front of us after ordering at other drive through. my husband finally said hello hello. lady came on and said stop yelling. I am during other things. we pulled out and we will never come back. we live in Delafield and McDonald's was are go to a few days a week. your employee was rude and would not listen that 4 cars went before us. at this point I hope you go out of bussiness like so many others.

The inside of the McDonald’s was closed, I’m not sure if they are short staffed, however my order took a while to come despite there being less then 3 other cars in line. Food was good as always, and staff was kind however not having the inside open is a huge low blow on a Sunday night. I've lived within 10 minutes of this place for over 5 years and getting a shake there is nearly impossible. I've ordered a shake more than 15 times and 75% of the time they say "oh the shake machine is broke" . When I've asked when they expect it to be fixed I get a snotty "I don't know" or nobody knows that". This place is constantly hiring which makes me think it's not even a good place to work for teenagers.

This has been my local Mcdonald’s for quite some time but ever since Covid this place has gone downhill, BIGTIME. Its lobby is never open, the fries are always soggy, and the burgers are crusty but not in a Krabby Patty kinda way. Save yourself the trip and go down a few exits, this place is poorly managed and will just make you wanna throw out your food rather than eat it. If I could give negative stars I would

We now have to order our food on an in-store app, or whatever you call it! The prices are ridiculous for fast food!! No personal confrontation what so ever! Not very busy so that should tell you something!! Won't be back!!
