Good place to go for sushi, very tasteful, good presentation and staff was excellent, think for the atmosphere the place being a bit empty with people or us going at a slower time, was not the greatest but i would recommend going there again. Food was delicious. And the fudge cake was absolutely amazing.

One of the best meals I have had in a restaurant in a long time! I had the thai basil salmon with the coconut soup and my fiancé had the crispy duck with kiso soup. Amazing! Our server Lexi had good knowledge of the menu and answered any questions we had. She was the sweetest! Definitely will be here again.

The Packers roll was the only positive. The chicken teriyaki bowl was horrid. No teriyaki, no flavor and loaded with mushrooms- what kid devours mushrooms? Further- the place is filthy. When you wait long enough for your server/food you’ve got time to notice the nasty air vent dust falling from the ceiling on patrons.

The staff started cleaning and closing the restaurant as we ate. The smell of bleach was so strong it ruined our meal. The meal was served cold and one was mediocre at best. Complete waist of time and money.

Sat 1 1/2 hours after reservation. Food allergy so notified server and then chef hibachi plate would need to made in kitchen. It was forgotten and I ended up taking it to go as everyone in party had finished. Then charged for ENTIRE table when 3 of us were on one tab and 6 others at table were all individual tabs. Severely understaffed. Slow and horrible service. Chef did great though.

We ate at Pacific Bistro last week as I have had many good meals there. I ordered Pad Cashew which came with a scoop of rice. Nothing on the plate was hot, some barely even warm. The waitress said she saw the cooks take the food off the grill. The other person's hibachi meal was only lukewarm. No reason to go back.

I am very disappointed with the service I have received for the past year now… I have been ordering my food online for pick up, and always receive a pick up time. The pick up time is typically a 35-45 minute wait… however I often come about 10 minutes ahead of time, and my food is already sitting there, in the bag, ready. I started to come even earlier each time including just today when I came in 20 minutes early and it was just sitting there once again. I’m extremely frustrated considering the food is quite pricey, I’m such a consistent customer, and it just does not seem right to prepare quality food just to sit there for 20-30 minutes. It makes me not want to order there ever again if I want fresh food. I hope something can change soon so I can have a better experience for future visits, if ever.

Hands down one of our top 5 favorite restaurants! Everything we've had has been amazing. My personal favorite is the Hibachi dinner (you can order this from your table. You don't need to be at the table where they cook in front of you. ) We will actually be there again tomorrow night (Aug 31st) for my daughter's birthday dinner. The entire family was thrilled she picked here and we can't wait. We've tried many of their dishes and have loved every one. My youngest daughter and mother in law both say they have the best Egg Rolls they've ever tasted. You will not be disappointed if you dine here.

Took my son for his first hibachi experience and he claimed it was the best meal he's ever had! Not bad for a 7 year old. Food was really good and it was a fun time. The sushi is good as well and the orange soda with a marble from Japan is a treat for any age kid from 3-103.
Vegetarian options: Many options vegetarian but can add meat if desired.
