Came in to order a coffee after a long drive.. the minute I walked in the girl working today immediately went to the back without saying anything to me and disappeared. Went looking for her and I said you left the minute you saw me and I'd like to order a coffee. She told me that she was too busy making orders.. she has a line of people waiting (no one else was around) .. so she was too busy to take my order??? Wow.. ok.. thank you but no thank you.. so many other options available. Won't bother you again little girl!!

The girls working were too busy talking to their friends, rather than getting my order correct. I asked to use my points to redeem a free item and was charged for it. I asked for no ice my other drink, and got ice. I didn't want to wait another 10 minutes to get the items made properly or a refund.

Was here after work after found out Starbucks was closed by Marshall’s ! Went to Target and they had one inside!! And got my Free reusable cup ! The Lady behind counter was nice to let me get a peppermint chai instead of the norm holiday drinks!!!

As someone whos been to many coffee houses since the late 80s through now. Nope. Over priced sugar with caffine. Horrible coffee when you get it. My keurig makes a better cup with little help.
