Probably one of the most disappointing Starbucks locations to have local. Every time I’m in the app trying to order they are consistently out of the featured flavors. The Starbucks in the Target across the street can somehow maintain a stock but this location is always out.

Last resort for Starbucks… they don’t have a drive thru and the order ahead feature is not on everyday. Every time going in there the workers barely acknowledge you and they all look angry all the time. Liz is the only nice person there. Just disappointing how much this Starbucks has gone down hill.

This is a very dirty Starbucks. Gives you a feeling like no one cares. Workers are ok friendly but that's it. Every time I come here I'm disappointed. Bathrooms need care too but main room is always dirty and not taken care at all. Not like it's always super busy the workers couldn't do some caring. I don't recommend this location. Only reason I give 2 stars and not just one is that, even though two times my drinks were not made right, after asking they replaced it which was nice but it's the least when you're paying 6 dollars for a coffee. No.

Ordered 2 tall Pike Place coffees. Waited where I ordered, but was then sent to the line where the “fancy drinks“ are. 15 minutes later I asked the barista about our coffees and was told “they are probably in the queue“. Five minutes later they still weren’t up, I went to the register and got a refund. At that point, the person at the register offered to make our coffees, but it was now too late to enjoy them. Refund was given without question.
