Well, where do I begin? The rudest staff and worst customer service ever (by the females that work there - not sure if they are managers or what- there is one really nice guy there though, feel sorry for him). Place is usually dirty (napkins empty, counters by napkins always dirty) Had a terrible experience several months ago with a newer female manager who made my drink wrong but insisted that it was the way the drink was supposed to be made. I nicely said I’ve ordered this same drink for the past couple years and it was never this empty, never once. It was an $8 drink and when I said it’s normally a bit fuller idk if it normally has more milk or ice or something? (it was literally only to the bottom line of the cup!) she rudely said “well THIS is how it’s supposed to be made!! So if it’s not like this then MY workers are doing it wrong and I’m going to have to have a talk with them!!!” I asked if I could have a little more milk at a least and she said “nope the best I can do and I really even shouldn’t to this would be to add a little more ice” So I got more ice and said to myself as I walked out, that’s it, never going here again. And I didn’t for over 6 months. Was out shopping the other day and needed some caffeine. I decided to give it a try again. Same woman was working in there (talking loudly about her personal issues she was having) different barista made my drink.. this was my $8 drink (pic) used stars for the cold foam. It was literally only up to the second line! I asked politely if I could get a little more ice (knowing they’d never give me milk) and she scoffed and rudely threw some ice in. This time sealed the deal for me. Never ever will I spend another penny there. I hear they are super great at the Sussex location. From the looks of other reviews left, I’m not the only one that has had rude and terrible service here.

They seem to be out of the most common ingredients for drinks, and they ignore people at the counter for ordering. Tried to order cold brew and they are some how out of stock on cold brew

There’s a woman who works at night, she is not friendly at all, anytime she has to answer the phone when she makes snarky comments after she hangs up when they are existing customers in the store, when she’s working by herself, she will give you complete attitude. There’s no greeting. She’s very rude. She’s not friendly at all. It makes me uncomfortable going into the store. Also with the new recipe for the sugar cookie latte they are not putting whip whipped cream on it as the recipe calls, they are being lazy and not following the recipe. Avoid the store save your money.

This has to be the WORST Starbucks I have ever gone too. I thought the first time I had a bad experience that maybe they were just having a rough day as they were very busy but nope every time I have gone in this establishment the customer service is horrible!! Today was my last day I won't be back. No one is friendly no one smiles and I was actually told that they were not allowed to put ice in my nitro I ordered... I order it with ice at every other Starbucks with NO problem whatsoever. Hopefully this store can find some better help I will return to the Starbucks in Sussex where the service is outstanding!!

I attended this Starbucks 5 times during my stay in Delafield. Each time the coffees were delicious. They seen to do a lot of mobile orders so there was a bit of wait one or two of the times.

Probably one of the most disappointing Starbucks locations to have local. Every time I’m in the app trying to order they are consistently out of the featured flavors. The Starbucks in the Target across the street can somehow maintain a stock but this location is always out.
