I ordered door dash. And I ordered 2 nacho cheese Doritos and 1 cool ranch Dorito. They put all cool ranch Doritos in my bag. Not caring about wht I ordered. Also the sub was poorly made. Tried to talk to them but they hung up twice on me. I will be calling corporate and anyone higher up on subway. I don’t want to but the manager and the workers working tonight on march 18th tht were closing need to get trained. Also they wrapped my sub so tight. It’s nuts

I’m surprised I’ve read negative reviews about the rudeness of staff. I went in yesterday and Stuart was really nice. I actually told him I’m shocked at how nice he was bc usually Subway employees are a little rude or don’t care and he seemed to take pride in his work and customers. That being said it’s Subway and it was a good quick pick up for dinner and the staff were really pleasant.

Went in today for my daily subway fix and the store owner here just was complete rude and not just to me there was 2 people ahead that sadly had to deal with Stuart today who just wanted complaints left and right according to him so here I am on his unprofessionalism to run a business can’t be rude to customers and you’re own associates and think it’s okay should probably work on yourself before you go and try working a whole team sorry to say the food sucked and so did his sorry attitude

i placed a mobile order and my sub was made sloppy and wrong. i would've eaten it anyway, but i have dietary restrictions so i couldn't. my boyfriend nicely asked if they could remake it, which they did, but the guy working flipped him off as he left ?? i guess i get it, but it was disheartening :(
