Ordered through the website and never got food. we contacted the shop and they said they never received it. We contacted DoorDash next and they told us to contact the store.

The Manager of this location has a chip on her shoulder. They don't make subs the way that SUBWAY REQUIRES. If something is wrong on the order they don't refund money nor do they remake sandwiches.

I’ve never been told they didn’t have time to make me something 30 minute before they close but I guess there’s a first time for everything… Maybe turn your sign off and lock your door if you decide to stop serving before your closing time…

Typical Subway fair, the one thing that sets it apart from most others is the very friendly staff and they are very courteous to your needs. They go above and beyond what normal fast food restaurant chains do.Parking: Strip mall parking ,so there are plenty of spots.

There's no one I mean absolutely no one at this subway and yet my mobile order is taking 20 minutes to make. What are these people lazy as hell?! These Employees don't know what work ethic is, it is seriously embarrassing. I'm surprised this Subway is still in the business. I mean literally I have a 6 inch meatball sub with no meal or anything and yet it is taking them over 20 minutes to make when there's nobody in that Subway. Literally. This is sickening.

Food is the same good quality as other locations. The manager ("The Boss 6, according to his shirt") seemed friendly and active. The two kids making food looked obviously unhappy. The one who made my sandwich even smashed it. Tasted fine but the presentation was less than ideal. (Random thing but this location never seems to have swiss cheese. )TLDR: good manager, good food, employees aren't the greatest.

I will never and I mean NEVER go back to this subway. The worst employee I've ever dealt with. I ordered my subway online for the first time and when I picked it up it was really wrong. I told her that and she didn't even offer to remake it. I said well I guess I'll just have to pick everything off then. She blew me off like I was nothing. Horrible experience.
