Their excellent chocolate malt turned the world around for me after 6 hours of a tough morning & afternoon! The sun even came out for the rest of the day when I left & the earlier horrors were done & gone. Really nice employees, young & old! Some friends said their sandwiches are great & I can't wait to try them next time!

We just picked up ice-cream, the service was awesome! We had 5 kids in our party. Decisions were so challenging having so many flavors. The staff were so patient with the kids trying flavors before they made final decision! I highly recommend the lemon ? meringue, electric watermelon, and exhausted parent!!

The bread for these subs is the best there is! This is our family’s go to restaurant for subs! Our favorite is the phoenix!
A good experience. Our family of 6 had sandwiches and ice cream. There's a big menu. With option for double meat on the sandwiches, which was quite a value. Their sandwiches cost about ten to fifteen percent more than Subway. But you get better bread and bigger portions.

I placed a pickup order on Uber Eats for this Chocolate Factory. 15 minutes later I was standing in the restaurant waiting for my order when I got a notification from Uber Eats that the order had been cancelled. I talked to the manager and she told me the order had been cancelled and she didn't know why. This struck me as a lie. I was furious and walked out. I will NEVER order food from this restaurant again. This is a new low after getting brown lettuce in a sandwich and a sundae that was about a 1/3 of the size it should have been several months back.
