Found everything I needed to make my stew
The Steve guy (been there 11yrs) wouldn't let me buy a bottle of wine with my groceries because my 2yr old niece didn't have her i.d. *someone needs to check Steve for harassing ladies*
Whoever Steve is made me stand there and wait until 9pm so I couldn't buy lisour because he seen me with my wife but she took the kids to the car and couldn't bring back in her i.d. way to go STEVE!!!

Store is a bit crazy with not the friendliest clientele. However, prices are very reasonable, great employees and excellent pharmacy.
This was my first time stopping into this location This was the only time I've been in a Walmart and was forced to sign in to their WiFi, because they are killing your cell phone service in the building!
Been going here over 30 years. Will never be back. I’ve been ordering curbside for my elderly mom for a few years now. Every now and then, they will miss something we ordered and go back and get it. Not a big deal. Today, we bought two items and the curbside person brought out one. I said it’s happens all the time but we paid for two and showed the receipt. Comes back out and says she doesn’t know what to tell me. Only one showed up. So now I’m confused and ask if the second one will be refunded. She says she doesn’t know and we have to go inside. So in 94 degree heat, I take my 85 year old mom’s walker out of the trunk and find her a seat so I can talk to the counter person. Admittedly, I sound like a moron because I’m trying to explain a moronic situation. So I show the receipt that shows we paid for one and bring in the bag they give us curbside and am explaining we wanted two (Obviously) but the curbside person said she couldn’t bring us the second and we had to go in for a refund. So this whole time I’m thinking it’s because there WASN’T a second box available. Because why else would you be literally look at a receipt for two items and tell the person they can only have one.
Not only was the counter person rude, awe walked to the end of the store and back, obviously with my mom hobbling and in pain. We picked up the second box (There were plenty) and hobbled back to the front of the store to check ourselves out. As we were walking by the customer service counter, one of them that was up there during it, looks at my elderly mom and in the snottiest, most condescending tone, goes “Byyyye have a wonderful dayeeee”. Imagine the tone of when an incredibly rude customer comes in nagging about something ridiculous and the snotty, sarcastic tone that one may say that in. That’s what they did. Only we literally just wanted what we paid for. And we’re sitting in the car boppin’ to music before they acted like we were inconveniencing them.
Also, I know they don’t care if they have our business. It’s not like they’ll miss us. But my word, go somewhere else. These people that work here now are awful. I’ve already messaged our doctors to change pharmacies as well so we never have to see them again.
Had everything I needed right where it should be.

This location walmart Is a dump, they don't don't carry much, only ones worth going to do business with is watertown and mukwonago walmarts More Cleaner More Friendly.

While traveling from Madison to Milwaukee, I went to a Walmart to check out the AirPods Pro 2. I bought the AirPods Pro 2 brand new, and a few minutes later, I opened the box because I was excited to check them out. Unfortunately, the AirPods had been used by someone else. Although the box was sealed, the contents looked very badly used.
I went back to the electronics section where I bought them, and the employee there felt bad and told me to go to customer service. I explained everything to customer service. but the manager took the receipt somewhere else and then rudely told me that they would neither refund nor replace the AirPods. She said they couldn't help me and that I should talk to Apple support.
I came to customer service for help because I bought the product from Walmart and have the receipt for that. However, the manager insisted that I talk to the Apple Store help desk and there is an option to refund but she don’t care about customer. This has been the worst experience of my entire life. I spent my money to buy a product, only to receive used goods and poor customer service. @Walmart, I give your customer service a -5 rating if it there and Walmart lose a customer.
