We were seated as soon as we walked in. The Host took us to an awesome table right near the fireplace. Our waitress may have been new - really had very little knowledge about the menu and couldn't answer any questions we had. We had a party of two and had hot tea, diet soda, a cup of soup and two entrees. My hot bacon salad was very good. The soup was barely lukewarm and the hot sandwich was greasy and tasteless. Kind of a bummer. I've been here before and it was always a little better than today. Never stellar, but never this far off point.

Edward and Maddy made the evening wonderful! Edward found the perfect table/booth for us and Maddy was an excellent server! The food being delicious was an added bonus! The Mac smash burger and Old Fashion hit the spot! One of my favorite Lake Country restaurants.

Our visit was on a Thursday night with 5 friends. We took a round table in the corner and we were able to chat with less noise than at other tables. Our server did a nice job and got our orders right and served promptly. The drinks are a bit expensive but a full meal of a large Caesar Salad with two Margaritas with tip came to about $50.
This location is accessible in all ways but there may be a bit of chair or table shifting to get through the busy dining area.

First time here we planned on olive garden and that place is always packed so we didn't want to wait so we looked around and found this place and boy am I glad we couldn't get into olive garden because this place was amazing great dining room design/setup! You could see the brewery machines fully which is a great unique sight. The food and waitress were both super quick! We ordered and the waitress left our table at 12:55 and we were already eating by 1:09p.m so definitely super fast! And they weren't packed but busy enough that that was super impressive! And the waitress made sure we were well taken care of! Definitely will come back!!!! Great job 10s all around!

The food was great, especially the short rib sandwhich!! But, some of the staff (these two young lady’s) would just have personal conversations very loud right next to our table. About pay, people that work here and outside life. Just felt a little uncomfortable. Server was good and food was excellent!

We stopped coming here for lunch because it's gotten kind of run down and the food isn't as good as it used to be. Starting with old, stained, worn paper menus. Service as ok, but my food was greasy and not very hot.

Where do I begin… we started off really good. Sat down got our drinks. We asked for a water she brings back a Diet Coke. I understand mistakes happen. Cool not a problem. Then we order and sat there for 1 hour and 15 minutes for food. The restaurant was dead. I understand that people are short staffed, but at least come back to our table in check in on if we needed more drinks or tell us what the hold up is. Absolutely unacceptable. I will not be back at this location.
