Richards of Dunbar Supper Club & Motel

After a long UTV ride we come across this old school restaurant and bar. Great atmosphere and the people are so friendly. When our food came out, they did not disappoint. Huge meals with reasonable prices. And yes if was delicious!

The . Burger was chews and thin tasted like a freezer burnt piece of meat. Stay at the hotel which was a big mistake. The shades on the window did not stop the light outside. So it felt like you were trying to sleep with a light on. The pillows were complete trash flat and don't get me started on the plastic lined bed. So if you like horrible food and the worst night sleep ever stay here.

Supper club: burgers were very good. Service was friendly, attentive, and warm. Atmosphere was exactly what I expected from a supper club. We had a good time.

Motel: do not recommend for lite sleepers. The highway traffic, music from the bar, and blinds with no curtains to block the lights made it very difficult to sleep. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable (2 full sized beds). Smart TV with internet but the only thing that was able to play was live tv. The room did have positives in that it was clean, the water was hot, and it's a convenient location for northwoods activities. Camping would have been better though.

Stopped for dinner on a weds night and ate at the bar. Bartender was really nice & attentive. Brandy Old Fashion were great. Food portions were good, we didnt do the whole soup & salad bar.

Chicken Parmasean special was great. Not usually a meatloaf person, but for some reason it called my name and i was happy it did because it was awesome!

Lots of hummingbirds to watch. Inside was slightly dated. and bathrooms could use a little bit of work. Soap dispensers were empty and fixtures were kinda rusty.

Absolutely love this place. The hotel rooms a dated but I'm up there to enjoy the outdoors. The restaurant/bar is fantastic as the drinks are poured right and everything I've ate here I have enjoyed.

A group of us stayed here a few days for a UTV trip. Rooms were clean but dated. Owners were very pleasant and very accommodating. Good value for the room price. Would stay here again.

Watched a Packer game at the bar several weeks ago. We are newcomers to the area and really appreciated the friendliness of the staff and the patrons. Fun atmosphere, great food and excellent brandy old fashions!!

The bar and dining were great. The owners made sure to have our football game on for us. We ate there twice and both meals were very good. The rooms do need to be updated though.

My family and I ate lunch here today and we all can't wait to go back! Service was fantastic and so was the food!

Food and drinks: $34 and up for steak and extra for simple salad bar. Tips were oily, perhaps old oil

Noteworthy details: Their pizza is incredible. They use to have a Flatbread pizza but no more!!!!! This is the best pizza I have had in a long time time. AWESOME

My husband had a BLT and it was large and he said very good. Monday is the wing special. They have many sauces to choose from. You can have your wings rolled in the sauce or on the side. I loved the honey BBQ and the sweet Chili. We will be stopping in off the ATV trail again. Our waitress was very attentive.
