Good quality food, a variety of options and friendly service. Burgers, nachos, chicken sandwiches, etc. They also have really good sweet potato fries which are hard to find.

We stopped in on Tuesday for lunch. The food was awesome, and we got great service even though I’m pretty sure the guy was the only server on and had at least 8 tables.Between the 3 of us we tried the chicken bacon wrap, gyro wrap, bacon cheeseburger, sweet potato fries, and chicken wild rice soup. All fantastic. The only small complaint we had was that it was pretty chilly. Probably to be expected with the big windows, garage door, and cement walls.

This place looks a tad shady from the street but the wife and I were quite pleasantly surprised upon entering the establishment. Very warm and cheery bar and dining room area. NOT a dingy bar at all, a definate restaurant focusing on food and fun. Great service and super friendly staff. My parents have lived in the area for 23 years and never checked it out as they thought it was just a bar. I came out to visit from the NW and gave them the gift of a new local spot they can enjoy. Win!

Went with friends and had the Friday fish fry. Three large pieces of fish, cooked perfectly - hot, flaky, light, but flavorful batter. The fish was not oily or greasy. Large portion of French fries, a roll and Cole slaw. My friends had two pieces of fish, only, and one trip to the salad bar. A better carb option. One said the chicken wild rice soup was very good. Great atmosphere - more Northwoods than I expected. Very roomy and even though it was at about one-half capacity, it was not noisy; easy to have a conversation. Service was solid; not stellar but no complaints. Look forward to returning next I am in the area. Had fish as take out in June. It was good, but clearly better directly from the kitchen and not over steamed from the take-out container.

Overall a good little spot for Wisconsin. Food was what I expected for a bar, drinks were good too.

Stopped for lunch with 3 friends after a bike ride. The bartender was the sole waiter with 8-9 tables seated. Service was prompt, in and out in an hour. 3 of us had an excellent cod fish fry, served hot, the other enjoyed a taco salad. Decent selection of beers, could use an IPA on tap. The bar tender worked hard but we had excellent service. Couldn’t expect more for bar / casual dining. Would certainly return again.
